5. con sujeción a lo dispuesto en el párrafo 4 (b) del presente artículo, la organización no gubernamental podrá poner término al presente acuerdo cuando se dé una situación que obste para que pueda cumplir las obligaciones que le incumben en virtud de este acuerdo; para ello, notificará por escrito al pnud su intención de poner término al presente acuerdo por lo menos con 30 días de antelación respecto de la fecha efectiva de terminación si la duración del proyecto fuera de hasta seis meses y sesenta días de antelación por lo menos si esa duración fuese superior a seis meses.subject to paragraph 4 (b), above, of the present article, the ngo may terminate the present agreement in cases where a condition has arisen that impedes the ngo from successfully fulfilling its responsibilities under the present agreement, by providing undp with written notice of its intention to terminate the present agreement at least 30 days prior to the effective date of termination if the project has a duration of up to six months and at least 60 days prior to the effective date of termination if the project has a duration of more than six months or more.
