5 - وتلاحظ اللجنة مع التقدير أن الدولة قد اعتمدت عددا من السياسات والبرامج وخطط العمل التي ترمي إلى تعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين والقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة، مثل خطة العمل القومية لتنفيذ الاتفاقية في عام 2004؛ وبرنامج تطوير مهارات المرأة؛ وخطة العمل القومية لمكافحة الاتجار بالأطفال والنساء لاستغلالهم في أغراض جنسية وفي العمل؛ وبرنامج حفظ الولادة المأمونة (برنامج aama) المتعلق بخدمات الولادة المجانية؛ والخطة المؤقتة (2008-2011) للتأهيل الاجتماعي للنساء المتأثرات بالنزاعات والمشردات والمشاركة الإيجابية للمرأة في عملية السلام.
5. the committee notes with satisfaction that the state party has adopted a number of policies, programmes and plans of action to promote gender equality and eliminate discrimination against women, such as the national plan of action for the implementation of the convention, in 2004; the women development's programme; the national plan of action against trafficking in children and women for sexual and labour exploitation; the safe delivery incentive programme (aama programme) for free delivery services; and the interim plan (2008-2011) for the social rehabilitation of conflict-affected and displaced women and the active participation of women in the peace process.
