sommige mense hou van stereotipe, omdat hulle hul voorkoms wil hê en hoe hulle aantrek om duidelik na ander mense te kom. daarom wil hulle dadelik hulle oordeel, hoe om hulle te reageer en wat mense se reaksies teenoor hulle is. bv. 'chavs' wil dalk donansie toon en wil hulle selfrespek kry deur dit te wys. dit kan beïnvloed word deur hoe hulle aantrek of selfs hoe hulle loop, wat is wat hulle wil.
some people may like to be stereotyped as they want their looks and how they dress to come across clearly to other people, therefore they instantly want them to judge them ,how to act towards them and what people's reactions are towards them . e.g ' chavs' may want to show doniance and want to gain their self respect by showing this. this may be influenced by how they dress or even how they walk, which is what they like.
