އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! آخرة ގެ ހެޔޮކަން ބޮޑުވެފައި، ދެމިހުރުން ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ حال ވެސް، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދުނިޔޭގެ ދިރިއުޅުން އިސްކުރަމުއެވެ.

the hereafter is better for you than the first.
އަދި ކަލޭގެފާނަށްޓަކައި، ދުނިޔެއަށްވުރެ، آخرة ހެޔޮކަން ބޮޑުކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

but the everlasting life is better, and more enduring.
އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! آخرة ގެ ހެޔޮކަން ބޮޑުވެފައި، ދެމިހުރުން ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ حال ވެސް، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދުނިޔޭގެ ދިރިއުޅުން އިސްކުރަމުއެވެ.

is this a better reception, or the zaqqum tree?

and the world to come is better, and more enduring.
އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! آخرة ގެ ހެޔޮކަން ބޮޑުވެފައި، ދެމިހުރުން ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ حال ވެސް، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދުނިޔޭގެ ދިރިއުޅުން އިސްކުރަމުއެވެ.

and the last shall be better for thee than the first.
އަދި ކަލޭގެފާނަށްޓަކައި، ދުނިޔެއަށްވުރެ، آخرة ހެޔޮކަން ބޮޑުކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

the night of power is better than a thousand months.
ليلةالقدر ވިލޭރޭ، އެއްހާސް މައްސަރަށްވުރެ ހެޔޮކަން ބޮޑެވެ.

and the hereafter is better for you than the first [life].

am i not better than this wretch who cannot even speak clearly?
އަދި ކީއްހެއްޔެވެ؟ މިހިރަ ދެރަނިކަމެތި މީހާއަށްވުރެ (އެބަހީ: موسى ގެފާނަށްވުރެ) ތިމަން މާމޮޅެވެ. އޭނާއީ، ދައްކާ ވާހަކަ بيان ކޮށްދިނުމާ ގާތްވެސް ނުކުރެވޭ މީހެކެވެ.

am i not better than this lowly man who can barely express himself?
އަދި ކީއްހެއްޔެވެ؟ މިހިރަ ދެރަނިކަމެތި މީހާއަށްވުރެ (އެބަހީ: موسى ގެފާނަށްވުރެ) ތިމަން މާމޮޅެވެ. އޭނާއީ، ދައްކާ ވާހަކަ بيان ކޮށްދިނުމާ ގާތްވެސް ނުކުރެވޭ މީހެކެވެ.

am i better or this contemptible man who is scarcely able to express himself?
އަދި ކީއްހެއްޔެވެ؟ މިހިރަ ދެރަނިކަމެތި މީހާއަށްވުރެ (އެބަހީ: موسى ގެފާނަށްވުރެ) ތިމަން މާމޮޅެވެ. އޭނާއީ، ދައްކާ ވާހަކަ بيان ކޮށްދިނުމާ ގާތްވެސް ނުކުރެވޭ މީހެކެވެ.

am i not better than this contemptible man who can hardly make his meaning clear:
އަދި ކީއްހެއްޔެވެ؟ މިހިރަ ދެރަނިކަމެތި މީހާއަށްވުރެ (އެބަހީ: موسى ގެފާނަށްވުރެ) ތިމަން މާމޮޅެވެ. އޭނާއީ، ދައްކާ ވާހަކަ بيان ކޮށްދިނުމާ ގާތްވެސް ނުކުރެވޭ މީހެކެވެ.

maybe our lord will give us better than this. we turn to our lord in supplication."
އަޅަމެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ އޭގެ ބަދަލުގައި އެއަށްވުރެ ހެޔޮވެގެންވާ نعمة އެއް އަޅަމެންނަށް ދެއްވައިފާށިއެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންމެންވަނީ ތިމަންމެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް އެދިއެދިތިބޭ ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައެވެ.

and who gives better coloring than god? “and we are devoted to him.”
اللَّه ގެ دين އަށެވެ. (އެބަހީ: تبع ވާންވީ اللَّه ގެ دين އަށެވެ.) ހިދާޔަތާއި إرشاد ދެއްވުމުގައި اللَّه އަށްވުރެ މޮޅީ ކާކުހެއްޔެވެ؟ އަދި ތިމަންމެންނީ، ހަމައެކަނި އެކަލާނގެއަށް އަޅުކަންކުރާ މީހުންނެވެ.

allah knows your enemies better and allah suffices as a protector and allah suffices as a helper.
اللَّه ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ عداوة ތެރިން ދެނެވޮޑިގަތުން ބޮޑެވެ. އަދި، އެހީތެރިޔަކުކަމުގައި اللَّه ފުދެއެވެ. އަދި، نصر ވެރިޔަކު ކަމުގައިވެސް اللَّه ފުދެއެވެ.

belike our lord may exchange for us better garden than this; verily we are unto our lord beseechers.
އަޅަމެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ އޭގެ ބަދަލުގައި އެއަށްވުރެ ހެޔޮވެގެންވާ نعمة އެއް އަޅަމެންނަށް ދެއްވައިފާށިއެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންމެންވަނީ ތިމަންމެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް އެދިއެދިތިބޭ ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައެވެ.

but allah knows your enemies better, and allah suffices as guardian, and allah suffices as helper.
اللَّه ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ عداوة ތެރިން ދެނެވޮޑިގަތުން ބޮޑެވެ. އަދި، އެހީތެރިޔަކުކަމުގައި اللَّه ފުދެއެވެ. އަދި، نصر ވެރިޔަކު ކަމުގައިވެސް اللَّه ފުދެއެވެ.
