އެއުރެންނީ، ބުނެވޭބަސް އަޑުއަހާ، އޭގެތެރެއިން އެންމެރަނގަޅު ތަކެއްޗަށް تبع ވާ މީހުންނެވެ. އެއުރެންނަށް اللَّه ތެދުމަގު ދެއްކެވި މީހުންނީ އެއީއެވެ. އަދި ބުއްދީގެ أهل ވެރިންނީވެސް، ހަމައެއުރެންނެވެ.

it is he who has sent down to you (o dear prophet mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) this book (the qur’an) containing the verses that have a clear meaning – they are the core of the book – and other verses the meanings of which are indistinct; those in whose hearts is deviation pursue the verses having indistinct meanings, in order to cause turmoil and seeking its (wrongful) interpretation; and only allah knows its proper interpretation; and those having sound knowledge say, “we believe in it, all of it is from our lord”; and none accept guidance except the men of understanding.
އެކަލާނގެއީ، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ މައްޗަށް ފޮތް ބާވައިލެއްވި ކަލާނގެއެވެ. އޮޅުމެއްނެތި، މާނަ ސާފުކޮށް އެނގޭ آية ތަކެއް އޭގެތެރޭގައިވެއެވެ. އެ آية ތަކަކީ، އެ ފޮތުގެ މައިގަނޑު ބަޔެެވެ. އަދި متشابه آية ތަކެއްވެސްވެއެވެ. (އެބަހީ: اللَّه އަށް މެނުވީ އޭގެ މާނަ އެނގުންނުވާ، ނުވަތަ علمى نظر އަކުން ބަލައިގެންމެނުވީ އޭގެ މާނަ ދޭހަނުވާ آية ތަކެއްވެސް އޭގެތެރޭގައި ވެއެވެ.) ފަހެ، حق މަގުން އެއްކިބާވުމުގެގޮތް، އެއުރެންގެ ހިތްތަކުގައިވާ މީހުން ދަންނާށެވެ! ފަހެ، އެއުރެން فتنة އުފެއްދުމުގެ ބޭނުމުގައްޔާއި، އެ آية ތައް އެކިގޮތްގޮތަށް މާނަކުރުމުގެ ބޭނުމުގައި، އެ ފޮތުގެ ތެރޭގައި متشابه آية ތައް ނަގައި، އޭގައި ހިފަހައްޓަތެވެ. އެ آية ތަކުގެ حقيقى މާނަ، اللَّه އަށް މެނުވީ އެނގިގެނެއް ނުވެތެވެ. علم ގައި ހަރުދަނާކަމާއި ثابت ކަން ލިބިފައިވާ މީހުން ބުނާހުށީ، ތިމަންމެން މިތިބީ އެ آية ތަކަށް إيمان ވެގެންނެވެ. ހުރިހާ آية ތަކެއްވެސްވަނީ، ތިމަންމެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ންނެވެ. ބުއްދީގެ أهل ވެރިން މެނުވީ ވިސްނައި ހަނދުމަކޮށެއް ނަހަދަތެވެ.
