မတရားစွာပြု၍ အဘယ်အလုပ်ကိုမျှ မလုပ်ဘဲ၊ ကိုယ်နှင့်မဆိုင်သောအမှု၌ ရောနှောသော သူအချို့ တို့သည် သင်တို့တွင်ရှိကြောင်းကို ငါတို့ကြားရကြ၏။

declare ye it not at gath, weep ye not at all: in the house of aphrah roll thyself in the dust.
ဂါသမြို့၌ သိတင်းမပြောကြနှင့်။ အလျှင်းမငို ကြွေးကြနှင့်။ ဗေသောဖရာမြို့မှာ မြေမှုန့်၌ လူးလဲလျက် နေကြလော့။

but i say unto you, swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is god's throne:
ငါပညတ်သည်ကား၊ ကျိန်ဆိုခြင်းကို အလျင်းမပြုရ။ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံကို တိုင်တည်၍မကျိန်ရ။ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံကား ဘုရားသခင်၏ ပလ္လင်တော်ဖြစ်သတည်း။

the lord is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the lord hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.
ထာဝရဘုရားသည် စိတ်ရှည်တော်မူ၏။ တန်ခိုး လည်း ကြီးတော်မူ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်၊ အပြစ်တည်သော သူ တို့ကို အပြစ်မှ လွှတ်တော်မမူ။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် လေ ဘွေ၌၎င်း၊ မိုဃ်းသက်မုန်တိုင်း၌၎င်း ကြွတော်မူ၍၊ မိုဃ်း တိမ်တို့သည် စက်တော်အောက်၌ မြေမှုန့်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။

as touching our brother apollos, i greatly desired him to come unto you with the brethren: but his will was not at all to come at this time; but he will come when he shall have convenient time.
ငါ့ညီအာပေါလု၏ အကြောင်းမှာ၊ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့ နှင့်အတူ သင်တို့ ဆီသို့သွားမည်အကြောင်း ငါသည် များစွာ ချော့မော့၍ တောင်းပန်သော်လည်း၊ သူသည် ယခုတွင်သွားခြင်းငှါ အလျှင်းအလိုမရှိ၊ နောက်မှ အဆင်သင့်လျှင်သွားလိမ့်မည်။

and whosoever lieth carnally with a woman, that is a bondmaid, betrothed to an husband, and not at all redeemed, nor freedom given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she was not free.
ထိမ်းမြားဆောင်နှင်းလျက်၊ မရွေးမလွှတ်သေးသော ကျွန်မိန်းမနှင့် သင့်နေသောသူသည် ရိုက်နှက် ခြင်းကို ခံရမည်။ ထိုမိန်းမသည် သူ့ကျွန်ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် သေပြစ်နှင့် လွတ်ရမည်။

and the lord said unto moses, speak unto aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the holy place within the vail before the mercy seat, which is upon the ark; that he die not: for i will appear in the cloud upon the mercy seat.
သင်၏အစ်ကိုအာရုန်သည် သေဘေးနှင့်ကင်းလွတ်မည်အကြောင်း၊ သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်အထဲ၊ သေတ္တာအပေါ်မှာ တင်သောအဖုံးကို ကွယ်ကာသော ကုလားကာ အတွင်းသို့ အခါခပ်သိမ်း မဝင်စေ ခြင်းငှါ ဆင့်ဆိုလော့။ ငါသည် သေတ္တာအဖုံးအပေါ်၊ မိုဃ်းတိမ်၌ ထင်ရှားမည်။

were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore shall they fall among them that fall: in the time of their visitation they shall be cast down, saith the lord.
သူတို့သည် ရွံရှာ ဘွယ်သောအမှုကို ပြုပြီးမှ ရှက်ကြ သလော။ အလျှင်းမရှက်ကြ။ မျက်နှာမပျက်တတ်ကြ။ ထိုကြောင့်၊ တယောက်နောက် တယောက်လဲကြလိမ့်မည်။ ငါစစ်ကြောသောအခါ နှိမ့်ချခြင်းကို ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
