and they eat of it, and of it fill their bellies,
நிச்சயமாக, அவர்கள் அதிலிருந்தே புசிப்பார்கள்; அதைக்கொண்டு தங்களுடைய வயிறுகளை நிரப்பிக் கொள்வார்கள்.

he said: take hold of it and fear not; we will restore it to its former state:
(இறைவன்) கூறினான்: "அதைப் பிடியும், பயப்படாதீர்; உடனே நாம் அதை அதன் பழைய நிலைக்கே மீட்டுவோம்."

and how many a city did give reins to, while it wronged itself, then took hold of it! and unto me is the return.
அநியாயங்கள் செய்து கொண்டிருந்த எத்தனையோ ஊர்களுக்கு நான் அவகாசம் கொடுத்தேன்; பின்னர் அவற்றைப் பிடித்துக் கொண்டேன்; மேலும் (யாவும்) என்னிடமே மீண்டும் வரவேண்டும்.

allah said: take hold of it, and fear not; we shall restore it to its former state.
(இறைவன்) கூறினான்: "அதைப் பிடியும், பயப்படாதீர்; உடனே நாம் அதை அதன் பழைய நிலைக்கே மீட்டுவோம்."

god said, "take hold of it, and have no fear: we shall return it to its former state.
(இறைவன்) கூறினான்: "அதைப் பிடியும், பயப்படாதீர்; உடனே நாம் அதை அதன் பழைய நிலைக்கே மீட்டுவோம்."

surely on us (devolves) the collecting of it and the reciting of it.
நிச்சயமாக அதனை (குர்ஆனை) ஒன்று சேர்ப்பதும், (நீர்) அதை ஓதும்படிச் செய்வதும் நம் மீதே உள்ளன.

he is certainly the sign of the hour (of change). so have no doubt about it, and listen to me. this is the straight path.

and a sign to them is the dead earth: we give life to it and bring forth from it grain sq they eat of it.
அன்றியம், இறந்து (தரிசாகக்)கிடக்கும் பூமி அவர்களுக்கு ஓர் அத்தாட்சியாகும்; (பின்னர் மழையினால்) அதனை நாமே உயிர்ப்பித்து, அதிலிருந்து தானியத்தை வெளிப்படுத்துகின்றோம்; அதிலிருந்துதான் இவர்கள் உண்கிறார்கள்.

a scripture was revealed to you, so let there be no anxiety in your heart because of it. you are to warn with it—and a reminder for the believers.
(நபியே!) இதன் மூலம் நீர் எச்சரிக்கை செய்வதற்காகவும் முஃமின்களுக்கு நல்லுபதேசமாகவும் உமக்கு அருளப்பட்ட வேதமாகும்(இது). எனவே இதனால் உமது உள்ளத்தில் எந்த தயக்கமும் ஏற்பட வேண்டாம்.

and he will later cause you to return to it and will then again bring you out of it.

பின்னர் (இப்லீஸின் ஆசை வார்த்தைப்படி) அவ்விருவரும் அ(ம் மரத்)தினின்று புசித்தனர் உடனே அவ்விருவரின் வெட்கத் தலங்களும் வெளியாயின ஆகவே அவ்விருவரும் சுவர்க்கத்துச் சோலையின் இலையைக் கொண்டு அவற்றை மறைத்துக் கொள்ளலானார்கள்; இவ்வாறு ஆதம் தம்முடைய இறைவனுக்கு மாறு செய்து, அதனால் வழி பிசகி விட்டார்.

allah forbids you from it and warns you not to repeat the like of it forever, if you are believers.
நீங்கள் (திடமாக) முஃமின்களாகயிருப்பின் நீங்கள் இது போன்ற (பழி சுமத்துவ)தின் பால் மீளலாகாது என்று அல்லாஹ் உங்களுக்கு போதிக்கிறான்.
