และเจ้าจงอย่าโต้เถียงแทนบรรดาผู้ที่บิดพริ้วต่อตัวของพวกเขาเอง เลย แท้จริงอัลลอฮฺไม่ทรงชอบผู้ที่เคยบิดพริ้ว ที่เคยทำบาป

and do not plead on behalf of those who deceive themselves; indeed allah does not like any treacherous, excessive sinner.
และเจ้าจงอย่าโต้เถียงแทนบรรดาผู้ที่บิดพริ้วต่อตัวของพวกเขาเอง เลย แท้จริงอัลลอฮฺไม่ทรงชอบผู้ที่เคยบิดพริ้ว ที่เคยทำบาป

then if they are patient, even then the fire is their home; and if they plead, none will listen to their pleading.
ดังนั้น หากพวกเขาอดทน (ต่อการลงโทษ) ได้ ไฟนรกก็คือที่พำนักของพวกเขา และถ้าพวกเขาวิงวอนขอความโปรดปรานพวกเขาก็จะไม่ได้อยู่ในหมู่ผู้ได้รับความโปรดปราน

when the fear had left abraham, and the glad tidings had been conveyed to him, he began to plead with us for lot's people,
ครั้นเมื่อความตระหนกได้คลายไปจากอิบรอฮีมแล้ว และข่าวดีได้มายังเขา เขาก็โต้เถียงเราในเรื่องของกลุ่มชนลูฏ

and do not plead on behalf of those who act unfaithfully to their souls; surely allah does not love him who is treacherous, sinful;
และเจ้าจงอย่าโต้เถียงแทนบรรดาผู้ที่บิดพริ้วต่อตัวของพวกเขาเอง เลย แท้จริงอัลลอฮฺไม่ทรงชอบผู้ที่เคยบิดพริ้ว ที่เคยทำบาป

and plead not on behalf of (people) who deceive themselves. lo! allah loveth not one who is treacherous and sinful.
และเจ้าจงอย่าโต้เถียงแทนบรรดาผู้ที่บิดพริ้วต่อตัวของพวกเขาเอง เลย แท้จริงอัลลอฮฺไม่ทรงชอบผู้ที่เคยบิดพริ้ว ที่เคยทำบาป

and we have indeed sent noble messengers towards the nations that were before you – we therefore seized them with hardship and adversity so that, in some way, they may humbly plead.
และแท้จริงเราได้ส่งไปยังประชาชาติก่อนหน้าเจ้า แล้วเราก็ได้ลงโทษพวกเขา ด้วยความแร้นแค้น และการเจ็บป่วยเพื่อว่าพวกเขาจะได้นอบน้อม

(they are heedless of) the day when we shall raise a witness from each community and then the unbelievers will neither be allowed to plead nor will they be asked to repent and seek pardon.

[they are] patient and truthful, obedient and charitable, and they plead for [allah’s] forgiveness at dawns.
บรรดาผู้ที่อดทน และบรรดาผู้ที่พูดจริง และบรรดาผู้ที่ภักดี และบรรดาผู้ที่บริจาคและบรรดาผู้ที่ขออภัยโทษในยามใกล้รุ่ง

he said, ‘i shall plead with my lord to forgive you; indeed he is the all-forgiving, the all-merciful.’
เขากล่าวว่า “ฉันจะขออภัยโทษต่อพระเจ้าของฉันให้พวกเจ้า แท้จริงพระองค์เท่านั้นเป็นผู้ทรงอภัยโทษ ผู้ทรงเมตตาเสมอ”

allah has certainly heard the speech of her who pleads with you about her husband and complains to allah. allah hears the conversation between the two of you. indeed allah is all-hearing, all-seeing.
โดยแน่นอน อัลลอฮฺทรงได้ยินถ้อยคำของสตรีที่กำลังโต้แย้งกับเจ้าในเรื่องสามีของนางและนางได้ร้องทุกข์ต่ออัลลอฮฺ และอัลลอฮฺนั้นทรงได้ยินการตอบโต้ของเจ้าทั้งสอง แท้จริงอัลลอฮฺเป็นผู้ทรงได้ยิน ผู้ทรงรู้เห็นเสมอ
