a method of manufacturing formwork elements for the haunching concrete construction method with walls (1) and connecting elements (20) of concrete or similar construction materials for the walls, the connecting elements (20) being dumbbell-shaped with two flanges (12) secured to mutually opposite walls (1) and an intermediate member (13, 23, 33), characterised by the method steps: a) on the interior of a wall (1) there is laid a template (2) having openings (5) corresponding to the shape of the flanges (12); b) a fluid mortar (6) is poured into the openings (5) and screeded smooth, a coupling agent appropriate to the material of the wall (1) ensuring connection of the mortar to the wall; c) moulds (7) corresponding to the design of the flanges (12), with their flange openings facing upwards, are filled with earth-moist concrete (8) and screeded; d) the moulds (7) are inverted with their flange openings facing the mortar (6) and into the template openings (5); e) the moulds (7) and templates (2) are removed for re-use; and f) after setting, two rolls (1) at a time are connected by means of the intermediate members (13, 23, 33).
procédé de fabrication d'éléments de coffrage pour constructions à coffrages permanents comportant des parois (1) et des éléments de liaison (20) en béton ou en matériaux analogues pour les parois, les éléments de liaison(20) ayant la forme d'haltère comportant deux brides (12) fixées sur les parois opposées (1) et une pièce intercalaire (13, 23,33), caractérisé par les étapes suivantes : a) un gabarit (2), possédant les ouvertures (5) correspondant à la forme de la bride (12), est placé sur la face interne d'une paroi (1) ; b) un mortier fluidifié (6) est versé dans les ouvertures (5) et lissé, un agent adhésif adapté au matériau de la paroi (1) assurant une liaison du mortier fluidifié à la paroi ; c) des moules (7) correspondant à la configuration de la bride (12) sont, ouverture des brides vers le haut, remplis de béton (8) à consistance de terre humide et lissés ; d) des moules (7) sont retournés avec leurs ouvertures de bride sur le mortier fluidifié (6) et dans les ouvertures du gabarit (5) ; e) les moules (7) et les gabarits(2) sont enlevés en vue d'un réemploi ; f) après durcissement, deux parois respectives (1) sont reliées au moyen des pièces intercalaires (13,23,33).
