pour ce qui est de l’acte relatif à l’adhésion de la république tchèque, l’ohmi relève que, depuis le 1 er mai 2004, soit postérieurement à l’adoption des décisions attaquées, les noms « ceskobudejovické pivo » et « budejovické pivo » (« budweiser bier ») sont prot égés au titre du règlement n° 2081/92 en tant qu’indications géographiques, l ’acte d’adh ésion prévoyant, par ailleurs, que cette protection « ne porte pas atteinte aux marques de bière ou autres droits existants dans l’union europ éenne à la date d’adhésion ».
