1 artikla yleiset sÄÄnnÖksetneuvoston pääsihteeristön henkilöstön, eli virkamiesten ja muun henkilöstön, joihin sovelletaan euroopan yhteisöjen virkamiehiin sovellettavia henkilöstösääntöjä ja muuhun henkilöstöön sovellettavia palvelussuhteen ehtoja, jäljempänä ’henkilöstösäännöt’, on noudatettava yhteyksissä yleisöön työasioissa tämän hyvän hallintotavan säännöstöä, jäljempänä ’säännöstö’.
article 1general provisions1. in their professional relations with the public, members of staff, that is to say, officials and other servants of the general secretariat of the council covered by the staff regulations of officials of the european communities and the conditions of employment of other servants of the european communities (hereinafter referred to as “staff regulations”), shall observe the provisions set out in this code of good administrative behaviour (hereinafter referred to as the “code”).
