lansoprazol abz används för: – behandling av sår i tolvfingertarmen och magsår (vilka har diagnostiserats med hjälp av gastroskopi eller röntgen). – behandling av matstrupsinflammation som orsakas av återflöde av magsyra upp i matstrupen (refluxesofagit). – långtidsbehandling för att förebygga återfall av matstrupsinflammation som orsakas av återflöde av magsyra. – tillsammans med lämpliga antibiotika vid behandling av sår i magen och tolvfingertarmen orsakade av bakterien helicobacter pylori (eradikationsbehandling) och för att förebygga återfall av sår hos patienter med sår i magen och tarmarna förknippade med bakterien helicobacter pylori. – behandling av zollinger- ellisons syndrom (sårbildning i magen och tolvfingertarmen på grund av ökad produktion av ett hormon som utsöndrar magsyra, som orsakas av en viss typ av tumör).
lansoprazol abz is given: − to treat ulcers in the duodenum and stomach (diagnosed through gastroscopy or x-ray) − to treat inflammation of the gullet caused by reflux of stomach acid into the gullet (reflux oesophagitis) − as long-term treatment to prevent a recurrence of inflammation of the gullet due to reflux of stomach acid − to remove the bacterium helicobacter pylori together with suitable antibiotics in the treatment of ulcers in the stomach or duodenum (eradication therapy) and to prevent the recurrence of ulcers in patients with helicobacter pylori-related ulcers in the stomach and intestines − in the treatment of zollinger-ellison syndrome (ulcer formation in the stomach and duodenum, due to increased production of a hormone which secrets stomach acid, caused by a certain type of tumour).
