ምድር ( በኀይል ) መንቀጥቀጥዋን በተንቀጠቀጠች ጊዜ ፤

and man says , ‘ what is the matter with her ? ’
ሰውም ምን ኾነች ? ባለ ጊዜ ፤

when the earth is shaken with her ( violent ) shaking ,
ምድር ( በኀይል ) መንቀጥቀጥዋን በተንቀጠቀጠች ጊዜ ፤

በአንገትዋ ላይ ከጭረት የኾነ ገመድ ያለባት ስትኾን ፡ ፡

ከተንቀሳቃሽም በምድር ( የሚኼድ ) ፤ በሁለት ክንፎቹ የሚበርም በራሪ መሰሎቻችሁ ሕዝቦች እንጅ ሌላ አይደሉም ፡ ፡ በመጽሐፉ ውስጥ ምንንም ነገር አልተውንም ከዚያም ወደ ጌታቸው ይሰበሰባሉ ፡ ፡

and there is no animal that walks upon the earth nor a bird that flies with its two wings but ( they are ) genera like yourselves ; we have not neglected anything in the book , then to their lord shall they be gathered .
ከተንቀሳቃሽም በምድር ( የሚኼድ ) ፤ በሁለት ክንፎቹ የሚበርም በራሪ መሰሎቻችሁ ሕዝቦች እንጅ ሌላ አይደሉም ፡ ፡ በመጽሐፉ ውስጥ ምንንም ነገር አልተውንም ከዚያም ወደ ጌታቸው ይሰበሰባሉ ፡ ፡

but every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.
ራስዋን ሳትሸፍን ግን የምትጸልይ ወይም ትንቢት የምትናገር ሴት ሁሉ ራስዋን ታዋርዳለች፤ እንደ ተላጨች ያህል አንድ ነውና።

ጌታዋም በደህና አቀባበል ተቀበላት ፡ ፡ በመልካም አስተዳደግም አፋፋት ፡ ፡ ዘከሪያም አሳደጋት ፤ ዘከሪያ በርሷ ላይ በምኹራቧ በገባ ቁጥር እርስዋ ዘንድ ሲሳይን አገኘ ፡ ፡ « መርየም ሆይ ! ይህ ለአንቺ ከየት ነው » አላት ፡ ፡ « እርሱ ከአላህ ዘንድ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህ ለሚሻው ሰው ሲሳዩን ያለ ድካም ይሰጣል » አለችው ፡ ፡

and man cries ( distressed ) : ' what is the matter with her ? ' -
ሰውም ምን ኾነች ? ባለ ጊዜ ፤

it is not fitting for a believing man or woman to exercise any choice in his or her own affairs once god and his messenger have reached a decision upon them . anyone who disobeys god and his messenger is in manifest error .
አላህና መልክተኛውም ነገርን በፈረዱ ጊዜ ለምእምናንና ለምእምናት ከነገራቸው ለእነርሱ ምርጫ ሊኖራቸው አይገባም ! የአላህንና የመልክተኛውንም ትእዛዝ የጣሰ ሰው ግልጽ የሆነን መሳሳት በእርግጥ ተሳሳተ ፡ ፡

allah has set forth for the unbelievers the parable of the wives of noah and lot . they were wedded to two of our righteous servants , but each acted treacherously with her husband , and their husbands could be of no avail to them against allah .

ሲያጽናኑአት ከእርስዋ ጋር በቤት የነበሩ አይሁድም ማርያም ፈጥና እንደ ተነሣችና እንደ ወጣች ባዩ ጊዜ፥ ወደ መቃብር ሄዳ በዚያ ልታለቅስ መስሎአቸው ተከተሉአት።
