the receiving agency shall inform the addressee, where possible, orally, and in any case in writing using the standard form in the annex that he or she may refuse to accept the document to be served at the time of service or by returning the document within one week of that time if it is in a language other than either of the following languages and not accompanied by a translation into one of these languages:

tiedoksiannettavan asiakirjan tiedoksiantopäivä on 7 artiklan mukaisesti päivä, jona tiedoksianto tapahtuu vastaanottavan jäsenvaltion lainsäädännön mukaisesti, sanotun kuitenkaan rajoittamatta 8 artiklan soveltamista.
