and indeed, your lord is full of forgiveness for the people despite their wrongdoing, and indeed, your lord is severe in penalty.

dhe kështu ai e bekoi. atëherë jakobi e quajti këtë vend peniel, sepse tha: "e pashë perëndinë ballë për ballë dhe jeta ime u fal".
and jacob called the name of the place peniel: for i have seen god face to face, and my life is preserved.

e ata prej teje këkojnë ngutje zbatimit të së keqes para të së mirës edhe pse para tyre pati aso dënimesh (por nuk kanë marrë mësim). s’ka dyshim se zoti yt u fal njerzve mëkatet e tyre, por s’ka dyshim se zoti yt është edhe ndëshkues i rreptë.
and they ask you to hasten on the evil before the good, and indeed there have been exemplary punishments before them; and most surely your lord is the lord of forgiveness to people, notwithstanding their injustice; and most surely your lord is severe in requiting (evil).
