Եւ աշակերտները արեցին, ինչպէս Յիսուս իրենց հրամայեց, ու պատրաստեցին զատկական ընթրիքը:
and the disciples did as jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the passover.

Եւ նրանց ասաց. «Յոյժ ցանկացայ այս Պասեքի ընթրիքը ուտել ձեզ հետ, քանի դեռ չեմ չարչարուել:
and he said unto them, with desire i have desired to eat this passover with you before i suffer:

Եւ նրա աշակերտները գնացին պատրաստելու. եկան այն քաղաքը եւ գտան՝ ինչպէս որ նա իրենց ասել էր. ու զատկական ընթրիքը պատրաստեցին:
and his disciples went forth, and came into the city, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover.

Կայիափայի տնից Յիսուսին տարան կուսակալի ապարանքը: Այգաբաց էր: Բայց նրանք ապարանք չմտան, որպէսզի չպղծուեն եւ որպէսզի զատկական ընթրիքը կարողանան ուտել:
then led they jesus from caiaphas unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the passover.

Եւ նա ուղարկեց Պետրոսին եւ Յովհաննէսին ու ասաց. «Գնացէ՛ք, պատրաստեցէ՛ք մեզ համար Պասեքի ընթրիքը, որ ուտենք»:
and he sent peter and john, saying, go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat.

Եւ Բաղարջակերաց տօնի առաջին օրը աշակերտները մօտեցան Յիսուսին եւ ասացին. «Ո՞ւր ես կամենում՝ պատրաստենք քեզ համար զատկական ընթրիքը, որ ուտես»:
now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to jesus, saying unto him, where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the passover?

«Զգուշացէ՛ք օրէնսգէտներից, որոնք ուզում են պատմուճաններով շրջել եւ սիրում են ողջոյններ ընդունել հրապարակներում ու առաջին աթոռները գրաւել ժողովարաններում եւ պատուոյ տեղերը նստել ընթրիքների ժամանակ,
beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the markets, and the highest seats in the synagogues, and the chief rooms at feasts;
