method and apparatus for detecting and monitoring the isolation distances and chassis-contact voltage of a trolley-bus

in past years sts has introduced partial-discharge-stable insulation systems in the transformers and chokes to meet the requirements of the market.

the insulation distances can however also be in "fixed substances", such as non-conducting plastics between two contacts in the oil compartment of the tap charger.

these insulation distances can be located between two conducting parts in the tap changer's insulation fluid (for example, in oil).
