they question thee of the hour : ' when will its arrival be ?
« ከሰዓቲቱ መቼ ነው መኾኛዋ ? » ሲሉ ይጠይቁሃል ፡ ፡

it is we who give life and make to die . to us is the arrival .
እኛ እኛው ሕያው እናደርጋለን ፡ ፡ እንገድላለንም ፡ ፡ መመለሻም ወደእኛ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

to allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth . to him is the arrival .
የሰማያትና የምድርም ግዛት የአላህ ነው ፡ ፡ መመለሻም ወደ አላህ ነው ፡ ፡

they ask you , [ o muhammad ] , about the hour : when is its arrival ?
« ከሰዓቲቱ መቼ ነው መኾኛዋ ? » ሲሉ ይጠይቁሃል ፡ ፡

he created the heavens and the earth in truth and he shaped you and gave you good shapes . to him is the arrival .
ሰማያትንና ምድርን በእውነት ፈጠረ ፡ ፡ ቀረጻችሁም ቅርጻችሁንም አሳመረ ፡ ፡ መመለሻችሁም ወደእርሱ ነው ፡ ፡

and the inhabitants of the city came rejoicing ( at the news of the young men 's arrival ) .
የከተማይቱም ሰዎች የሚበሳሰሩ ኾነው መጡ ፡ ፡

o prophet , struggle with the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be harsh with them . gehenna shall be their refuge an evil arrival .
አንተ ነቢዩ ሆይ ! ከሓዲዎችንና መናፍቃንን ታገል ፡ ፡ በእነሱም ላይ ጨክን ፡ ፡ መኖሪያቸውም ገሀነም ናት ፡ ፡ መመለሻይቱም ከፋች ፡ ፡

and for those who disbelieve in their lord there awaits the punishment of gehenna ( hell ) an evil arrival !
ለእነዚያም በጌታቸው ለካዱት የገሀነም ቅጣት አልላቸው ፡ ፡ መመለሻይቱም ከፋች !

as for those who disbelieved and belied our verses , they shall be the inhabitants of the fire and shall live therein for ever . evil shall be their arrival .
እነዚያም የካዱና በአንቀጾቻችን ያስተባበሉ እነዚያ በውስጡ ዘውታሪዎች ሲኾኑ የእሳት ጓዶች ናቸው ፤ መመለሻቸውም ከፋ !

never think that the unbelievers will be able to frustrate ( us ) in the earth . their refuge is the fire , an evil arrival .
እነዚያን የካዱትን በምድር ውስጥ የሚያቅቱ አድርገህ አታስብ ፡ ፡ መኖሪያቸውም እሳት ናት ፡ ፡ በእርግጥም የከፋች መመለሻ ናት ፡ ፡

do not enter houses other than your own until you have announced [ your arrival ] and greeted their occupants . that is better for you .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! እስከምታስፈቅዱና በባለቤቶቿ ላይ ሰላምታን እስከምታቀርቡ ድረስ ከቤቶቻችሁ ሌላ የኾኑን ቤቶች አትግቡ ፡ ፡ ይህ ለእናንተ መልካም ነው ፡ ፡ እናንተ ትገነዘቡ ዘንድ ( በዚህ ታዘዛችሁ ) ፡ ፡

they set up rivals with allah to lead others astray . say to them : ' take your pleasure ; your arrival shall be the fire '
ለአላህም ከመንገዱ ያሳስቱ ዘንድ ባላንጣዎችን አደረጉለት ፡ ፡ « ( ጥቂትን ) ተጠቀሙ መመለሻችሁም ወደ እሳት ነው » በላቸው ፡ ፡

( on abraham 's arrival ) they said : " abraham , are you he who has done this to our gods ? "
« ኢብራሂም ሆይ ! በአማልክቶቻችን ይህንን የሠራህ አንተ ነህን » አሉት ፡ ፡

god is well pleased with the foremost ones of those who left their homes for the cause of god , those who helped them after their arrival in medina and those who nobly followed these two groups . he has prepared gardens for them wherein streams flow and wherein they will live forever .
ከስደተኞቹና ከረዳቶቹም ሲኾኑ የመጀመሪያዎቹ ቀዳሚዎች እነዚያም በበጎ ሥራ የተከተሏቸው አላህ ከእነሱ ወዷል ከእርሱም ወደዋል ፡ ፡ በሥሮቻቸውም ወንዞች የሚፈሱባቸውን ገነቶች በውስጣቸው ዘለዓለም ነዋሪዎች ሲኾኑ ለእነርሱ አዘጋጅቶላቸዋል ፡ ፡ ይህ ታላቅ ዕድል ነው ፡ ፡

and proclaim , “ the truth has arrived and falsehood has vanished ; indeed falsehood had to vanish . ( ” * with the arrival of the last prophet mohammed peace and – blessings be upon him )
በልም « እውነት መጣ ውሸትም ተወገደ ፤ እነሆ ውሸት ተወጋጅ ነውና ፡ ፡ »
