መልካም እንደምትሰራ ተስፋ አደርጋለሁ

he said : ' my lord knows what you are doing '
« ጌታዬ የምትሠሩትን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነው ፤ » አላቸው ፡ ፡

he said , ‘ my lord knows best what you are doing . ’
« ጌታዬ የምትሠሩትን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነው ፤ » አላቸው ፡ ፡

but if they dispute with you , say , ‘ allah knows best what you are doing .
ቢከራከሩህም « አላህ የምትሰሩትን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነው » በላቸው ፡ ፡

but you shall not be recompensed except for what you were doing .
ትሠሩትም የነበራችሁትን እንጂ ሌላን አትመነዱም ፡ ፡

but you should know that there are angelic guards
በእናንተ ላይ ተጠባባቂዎች ያሉባችሁ ፤ ስትኾኑ ፤

neither does it behoove them , nor are they capable [ of doing that ] .
ለእነርሱም አይገባቸውም ፤ አይችሉምም ፡ ፡

but you reject the religion .
ተከልከሉ ፤ በእውነቱ በፍርዱ ቀን ታስተባብላላችሁ ፡ ፡

( shu 'aib ) said : " my lord knows well what you are doing . "
« ጌታዬ የምትሠሩትን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነው ፤ » አላቸው ፡ ፡

but you have turned away from it .
« እናንተ ከእርሱ ዘንጊዎች ናችሁ ፡ ፡

but you will come to know soon ; --
ተከልከሉ ፤ ወደፊት ( ውጤቱን ) ታውቃላችሁ ፡ ፡

' my lord , save me and my people from that they are doing '
« ጌታዬ ሆይ ! እኔንም ቤተሰቦቼንም ከሚሠሩት ሥራ ( ቅጣት ) አድነን ፡ ፡ »

and if they disobey you , then say , " indeed , i am disassociated from what you are doing . "
« እንቢ » ቢሉህም « እኔ ከምትሠሩት ንጹሕ ነኝ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

no ! but you do not honor the orphan
ይከልከል ፤ ይልቁንም የቲምን አታከብሩም ፡ ፡

nay ! but you do not honor the orphan ,
ይከልከል ፤ ይልቁንም የቲምን አታከብሩም ፡ ፡

nay ! but you give the lie to the judgment day ,
ተከልከሉ ፤ በእውነቱ በፍርዱ ቀን ታስተባብላላችሁ ፡ ፡

no indeed , but you show no kindness to the orphan ,
ይከልከል ፤ ይልቁንም የቲምን አታከብሩም ፡ ፡

but their hearts are covered with confusion over this , and they have [ evil ] deeds besides disbelief which they are doing ,
በእውነቱ ( ከሓዲዎች ) ልቦቻቸው ከዚያ ( መጽሐፍ ) በዝንጋቴ ውስጥ ናቸው ፡ ፡ ለእነሱም ከዚህ ሌላ እነሱ ለርሷ ሠሪዎችዋ የኾኑ ( መጥፎ ) ሥራዎች አሏቸው ፡ ፡

and leave what your lord has created for you as mates ? but you are a people transgressing . "
« ከሚስቶቻችሁም ጌታችሁ ለናንተ የፈጠረላችሁን ትተዋላችሁን በእውነቱ እናንተ ወሰን አላፊዎች ሕዝቦ ናችሁ ፡ ፡ »

and leave your wives whom your lord has created for you ? no , but you are a transgressing nation '
« ከሚስቶቻችሁም ጌታችሁ ለናንተ የፈጠረላችሁን ትተዋላችሁን በእውነቱ እናንተ ወሰን አላፊዎች ሕዝቦ ናችሁ ፡ ፡ »
