« ንግግሬን ያውቃሉና ፡ ፡

what will make you understand what the reality is ?
አረጋጋጪቱም ምን እንደኾነች ምን አሳወቀህ ?

and what could make you understand what the sijjin is ? --
ሲጂንም ምን እንደ ኾነ ምን አሳወቀህ ?

you will remember what i am telling you , so i commit my case to god . god is observant of the servants . ”
« ወደ ፊትም ለእናንተ የምላችሁን ምክር ( ቅጣትን በምታዩ ጊዜ ) ታስታውሳላችሁ ፡ ፡ ነገሬንም ሁሉ ወደ አላህ አስጠጋለሁ ፡ ፡ አላህ ባሮቹን ተመልካች ነውና ፡ ፡ »

and if they deny thee , say : unto me my work , and unto you your work . ye are innocent of what i do , and i am innocent of what ye do .
« ቢያስተባብሉህም ለእኔ ሥራዬ አለኝ ፡ ፡ ለእናንተም ሠራችሁ አላችሁ ፡ ፡ እናንተ ከምሠራው ነገር ንጹሕ ናችሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም ከምትሠሩት ነገር ንጹሕ ነኝ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

and if they call you a liar , say : my work is for me and your work for you ; you are clear of what i do and i am clear of what you do .
« ቢያስተባብሉህም ለእኔ ሥራዬ አለኝ ፡ ፡ ለእናንተም ሠራችሁ አላችሁ ፡ ፡ እናንተ ከምሠራው ነገር ንጹሕ ናችሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም ከምትሠሩት ነገር ንጹሕ ነኝ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

if they belie you , say : ' i have my work , you have your work . you are quit of what i do , and i am quit of what you do '
« ቢያስተባብሉህም ለእኔ ሥራዬ አለኝ ፡ ፡ ለእናንተም ሠራችሁ አላችሁ ፡ ፡ እናንተ ከምሠራው ነገር ንጹሕ ናችሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም ከምትሠሩት ነገር ንጹሕ ነኝ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

" and you will remember what i am telling you , and my affair i leave it to allah . verily , allah is the all-seer of ( his ) slaves . "
« ወደ ፊትም ለእናንተ የምላችሁን ምክር ( ቅጣትን በምታዩ ጊዜ ) ታስታውሳላችሁ ፡ ፡ ነገሬንም ሁሉ ወደ አላህ አስጠጋለሁ ፡ ፡ አላህ ባሮቹን ተመልካች ነውና ፡ ፡ »

if they accuse you of lying , say , “ i have my deeds , and you have your deeds . you are quit of what i do , and i am quit of what you do . ”
« ቢያስተባብሉህም ለእኔ ሥራዬ አለኝ ፡ ፡ ለእናንተም ሠራችሁ አላችሁ ፡ ፡ እናንተ ከምሠራው ነገር ንጹሕ ናችሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም ከምትሠሩት ነገር ንጹሕ ነኝ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

if they cry lies to thee , then do thou say : ' i have my work , and you have your work ; you are quit of what i do , and i am quit of what you do . '
« ቢያስተባብሉህም ለእኔ ሥራዬ አለኝ ፡ ፡ ለእናንተም ሠራችሁ አላችሁ ፡ ፡ እናንተ ከምሠራው ነገር ንጹሕ ናችሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም ከምትሠሩት ነገር ንጹሕ ነኝ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

and if they belie you , say : " for me are my deeds and for you are your deeds ! you are innocent of what i do , and i am innocent of what you do ! "
« ቢያስተባብሉህም ለእኔ ሥራዬ አለኝ ፡ ፡ ለእናንተም ሠራችሁ አላችሁ ፡ ፡ እናንተ ከምሠራው ነገር ንጹሕ ናችሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም ከምትሠሩት ነገር ንጹሕ ነኝ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

it does not behoove me to say what i have no right to [ say ] . had i said it , you would certainly have known it : you know whatever is in my self , and i do not know what is in your self .
አላህም ፡ - « የመርየም ልጅ ዒሳ ሆይ ! አንተ ለሰዎቹ ፡ - እኔንና እናቴን ከአላህ ሌላ ሁለት አምላኮች አድርጋችሁ ያዙ ብላሃልን » በሚለው ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ « ጥራት ይገባህ ፤ ለእኔ ተገቢዬ ያልኾነን ነገር ማለት ለኔ አይገባኝም ፡ ፡ ብዬው እንደ ኾነም በእርግጥ ዐውቀኸዋል ፡ ፡ በነፍሴ ውስጥ ያለውን ሁሉ ታውቃለህ ፡ ፡ ግን አንተ ዘንድ ያለውን አላውቅም ፡ ፡ አንተ ሩቆችን ሁሉ በጣም ዐዋቂ አንተ ብቻ ነህና » ይላል ፡ ፡

when god asked jesus , son of mary " did you tell men to consider you and your mother as their gods besides god ? " he replied , " glory be to you ! how could i say what i have no right to say ?
አላህም ፡ - « የመርየም ልጅ ዒሳ ሆይ ! አንተ ለሰዎቹ ፡ - እኔንና እናቴን ከአላህ ሌላ ሁለት አምላኮች አድርጋችሁ ያዙ ብላሃልን » በሚለው ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ « ጥራት ይገባህ ፤ ለእኔ ተገቢዬ ያልኾነን ነገር ማለት ለኔ አይገባኝም ፡ ፡ ብዬው እንደ ኾነም በእርግጥ ዐውቀኸዋል ፡ ፡ በነፍሴ ውስጥ ያለውን ሁሉ ታውቃለህ ፡ ፡ ግን አንተ ዘንድ ያለውን አላውቅም ፡ ፡ አንተ ሩቆችን ሁሉ በጣም ዐዋቂ አንተ ብቻ ነህና » ይላል ፡ ፡

but by the grace of god i am what i am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but i laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not i, but the grace of god which was with me.
ነገር ግን በእግዚአብሔር ጸጋ የሆንሁ እኔ ነኝ፤ ለእኔም የተሰጠኝ ጸጋው ከንቱ አልነበረም ከሁላቸው ይልቅ ግን ደከምሁ፥ ዳሩ ግን ከእኔ ጋር ያለው የእግዚአብሔር ጸጋ ነው እንጂ እኔ አይደለሁም።

and if they deny you , [ o muhammad ] , then say , " for me are my deeds , and for you are your deeds . you are disassociated from what i do , and i am disassociated from what you do . "
« ቢያስተባብሉህም ለእኔ ሥራዬ አለኝ ፡ ፡ ለእናንተም ሠራችሁ አላችሁ ፡ ፡ እናንተ ከምሠራው ነገር ንጹሕ ናችሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም ከምትሠሩት ነገር ንጹሕ ነኝ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

and god will say , “ o jesus son of mary , did you say to the people , `take me and my mother as gods rather than god? '“ he will say, “glory be to you! it is not for me to say what i have no right to .
አላህም ፡ - « የመርየም ልጅ ዒሳ ሆይ ! አንተ ለሰዎቹ ፡ - እኔንና እናቴን ከአላህ ሌላ ሁለት አምላኮች አድርጋችሁ ያዙ ብላሃልን » በሚለው ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ « ጥራት ይገባህ ፤ ለእኔ ተገቢዬ ያልኾነን ነገር ማለት ለኔ አይገባኝም ፡ ፡ ብዬው እንደ ኾነም በእርግጥ ዐውቀኸዋል ፡ ፡ በነፍሴ ውስጥ ያለውን ሁሉ ታውቃለህ ፡ ፡ ግን አንተ ዘንድ ያለውን አላውቅም ፡ ፡ አንተ ሩቆችን ሁሉ በጣም ዐዋቂ አንተ ብቻ ነህና » ይላል ፡ ፡
