he has no fear of its sequel .
ፍጻሜዋንም ( የምታስከትለውን ) አያፈራም ፡ ፡

and hearkens to the command of its lord , doing what it should .
ለጌታዋም በሰማች ጊዜ ፤ ( መስማት ) ተገባትም ፤ ( ሰው ሁሉ ሥራውን ይገናኛል ) ፡ ፡

and hearkens to the command of its lord , doing what it should ;
ለጌታዋም ( ትዕዛዝ ) በሰማች ጊዜ ፤ ( ልትሰማ ) ተገባትም ፤

and inspired it [ with discernment of ] its wickedness and its righteousness ,
አመጽዋንና ፍርሃትዋንም ባሳወቃት ( አምላክ እምላለሁ ) ፡ ፡

and drink boiling water on top of it ,
« በእርሱ ላይም ከፈላ ውሃ ጠጪዎች ናችሁ ፡ ፡

and other [ punishments ] of its type [ in various ] kinds .
ሌላም ከመሰሉ ዓይነቶች አልሉ ፡ ፡

and the admixture of it is a water of tasnim ,
መበረዣውም ከተስኒም ነው ፡ ፡

and they eat of it , and of it fill their bellies ,
እነርሱም ከእርሷ በይዎች ናቸው ፤ ሆዶችንም ከእርሷ ሞይዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡

and we created for them from the likes of it that which they ride .
ከመሰሉም በእርሱ የሚሳፈሩበትን ለእነርሱ ፈጠርንላቸው ፡ ፡

በእርግጥም ለሚያስቡ ሰዎች ከእርሷ ግልጽ ምልክትን ተውን ( አስቀረን ) ፡ ፡

« ትንቢቱንም ( እውነት መኾኑን ) ከጊዜ በኋላ በእርግጥ ታውቁታላችሁ ፡ ፡ »
