ከእርሱም በኋላ በሕዝቦቹ ላይ ( ልናጠፋቸው ) ሰራዊትን ከሰማይ አላወረድንም ፡ ፡ ( በማንም ላይ ) አወራጆችም አልነበርንም ፡ ፡

the promise of god is true . whether we show you some of the punishment we have promised them , or gather you up in death , they have to come back to us .
ታገስም የአላህ ቀጠሮ እውነት ነውና ፡ ፡ የዚያንም የምናስፈራራቸውን ከፊሉን ( በሕይወትህ ) ብናሳይህ ( መልካም ነው ) ፡ ፡ ወይም ብንገድልህ ወደኛ ይመለሳሉ ፡ ፡

we have enjoined on man to be good to his parents ; but if they try to make you associate with me that of which you have no knowledge , then do not obey them . you have to come back to us , when i will tell you what you used to do .
ሰውንም በወላጆቹ መልካም አድራጎትን አዘዝነው ፡ ፡ ላንተም በእርሱ ዕውቀት የሌለህን ( ጣዖት ) በእኔ እንድታጋራ ቢታገሉህ አትታዘዛቸው ፡ ፡ መመለሻችሁ ወደኔ ነው ፡ ፡ ትሠሩት የነበራችሁትንም ሁሉ እነግራችኋለሁ ፡ ፡

go back to your father and say : o our father ! surely your son committed theft , and we do not bear witness except to what we have known , and we could not keep watch over the unseen :
« ወደ አባታችሁ ተመለሱ በሉትም ፡ - አባታችን ሆይ ! ልጅህ ሰረቀ ፡ ፡ ባወቅነውም ነገር እንጂ አልመሰከርንም ፡ ፡ ሩቁንም ነገር ( ምስጢሩን ) ዐዋቂዎች አልነበርንም ፡ ፡

indeed we shall have forged a lie against allah if we go back to your religion after allah has delivered us from it , and it befits us not that we should go back to it , except if allah our lord please : our lord comprehends all things in his knowledge ; in allah do we trust : our lord ! decide between us and our people with truth ; and thou art the best of deciders .
« አላህ ከእርሷ ከአዳነን በኋላ ወደ ሃይማኖታችሁ ብንመለስ በአላህ ላይ በእርግጥ ውሸትን ቀጠፍን ፡ ፡ አላህ ጌታችን ካልሻም በስተቀር ለእኛ ወደእርሷ ልንመለስ አይገባንም ፡ ፡ ጌታችን ዕውቀቱ ሁሉን ነገር ሰፋ ፡ ፡ በአላህ ላይ ተጠጋን ፡ ፡ ጌታችን ሆይ ! በኛና በወገኖቻችን መካከል በውነት ፍረድ ፡ ፡ አንተም ከፈራጆቹ ሁሉ በላጭ ነህ » ( አለ )
