አንደምነህ, አንደምነሽ

how was then my punishment and my commination !
ቅጣቴና ማስጠንቀቂያዎቼም እንዴት ነበሩ ?

death seized him , how was his determining !
ተረገመም ፤ እንዴት ገመተ !

so observe how was the fate of those who were warned
የተስፈራሪዎቹም መጨረሻ እንዴት እንደነበረ ተመልከት ፡ ፡

and behold , how was the end of them that were warned ,
የተስፈራሪዎቹም መጨረሻ እንዴት እንደነበረ ተመልከት ፡ ፡

again , death seized him , how was his determining !
ከዚያም ( ከሞት በኋላ ) ተረገመ ፡ ፡ እንዴት ገመተ !

then i seized those who disbelieved , and how was my rejection !
ከዚያም እነዚያን የካዱትን ያዝኳቸው ፡ ፡ ቅጣቴም እንዴት ነበር ! ( በስፍራው ነው ) ፡ ፡

and we rained down upon them a rain . so look how was the end of the evildoers .
በእነሱም ላይ ( የእሳት ) ዝናብን አዘነብንባቸው ፡ ፡ የኃጢአተኞችም መጨረሻ እንዴት እንደነበረ ተመልከት ፡ ፡

say : travel in the earth , then see how was the end of the guilty .
« በምድር ላይ ኺዱ ፡ ፡ የአመጸኞችም መጨረሻ እንዴት እንደ ነበረ ተመልከቱ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

so observe how was the outcome of their plotting , as we destroyed them and all their people .
የተንኮላቸውም መጨረሻ እንዴት እንደነበረ እኛ እነርሱንም ሕዝቦቻቸውንም በሙሉ እንዴት እንዳጠፋናቸው ተመልከት ፡ ፡

children of adam , did we not command you not to worship satan . he was your sworn enemy .
የአደም ልጆች ሆይ ! ሰይጣንን አትገዙ ፤ እርሱ ለእናንተ ግልጽ ጠላት ነውና በማለት ወደእናንተ አላዘዝኩምን ?

and certainly those before them rejected ( the truth ) , then how was my disapproval .
እነዚያም ከእነርሱ በፊት የነበሩት በእርግጥ አስተባበሉ ፡ ፡ ጥላቻዬም እንዴት ነበር !

aaron 's sister , your father was not a bad man nor was your mother unchaste " .
« የሃሩን እኅት ሆይ ! አባትሽ መጥፎ ሰው አልነበረም ፡ ፡ እናትሽም አመንዝራ አልነበረችም » አሏት ፡ ፡

divers institutions have passed away before you ; journey in the land , and behold how was the end of those that cried lies .
ከእናንተ በፊት ድርጊቶች በእርግጥ አልፈዋል ፡ ፡ በምድርም ላይ ኺዱ ፡ ፡ የአስተባባዮችም ፍጻሜ እንዴት እንደነበረ ተመልከቱ ፡ ፡

' you , samaritan ' said he ( moses ) , ' what was your business '
( ሙሳ ) « ሳምራዊው ሆይ ! ነገርህም ምንድን ነው » አለ ፡ ፡

and that was your assumption which you assumed about your lord . it has brought you to ruin , and you have become among the losers . "
ይህም ያ በጌታችሁ የጠረጠራችሁት ጥርጣሪያችሁ አጠፋችሁ ፡ ፡ ከከሳሪዎቹም ኾናችሁ ( ይባላሉ ) ፡ ፡

and that was your ( evil ) thought which you entertained about your lord that has tumbled you down into perdition , so are you become of the lost ones .
ይህም ያ በጌታችሁ የጠረጠራችሁት ጥርጣሪያችሁ አጠፋችሁ ፡ ፡ ከከሳሪዎቹም ኾናችሁ ( ይባላሉ ) ፡ ፡

and those who were oppressed will say to those who were arrogant , “ it was your scheming by night and day ; as you instructed us to reject god , and to set up rivals to him . ” they will hide their remorse when they see the retribution .
እነዚያም የተዋረዱት ለእነዚያ ለኮሩት « አይደለም ፤ በአላህ እንድንክድና ለእርሱ ባላንጣዎችን እንድናደርግ ስታዙን ( የከለከለን ) የሌሊትና የቀን ዱለታችሁ ነው » ይላሉ ፡ ፡ ቅጣቱንም ባዩ ጊዜ ጸጸትን ይገልጻሉ ፡ ፡ በእነዚያም በካዱት አንገቶች ላይ እንዛዝሎችን እናደርጋለን ፡ ፡ ይሠሩት የነበሩትን እንጂ ሌላን ይመነዳሉን ?
