« መርከቢቱማ በባሕር ለሚሠሩ ምስኪኖች ነበረች ፡ ፡ ከኋላቸውም መርከብን ሁሉ በቅሚያ የሚይዝ ንጉሥ ነበረና ፤ ( እንዳይቀማቸው ) ላነውራት ፈቀድኩ ፡ ፡

አለው « ኺድ ፤ ላንተም በሕይወትህ ( ለአየኸው ሰው ሁሉ ) መነካካት የለም ማለት አለህ ፡ ፡ ለአንተም ፈጽሞ የማትጣሰው ቀጠሮ አለህ ፡ ፡ ወደዚያም በእርሱ ላይ ተገዢው ኾነህ ወደ ቆየህበት አምላክህ ተመልከት ፡ ፡ በእርግጥ እናቃጥለዋለን ፡ ፡ ከዚያም በባሕሩ ውስጥ መበተንን እንበትነዋለን ፡ ፡ »

but a voice called out to her from below , " do not despair . your lord has provided a brook that runs at your feet ,
ከበታቿም እንዲህ ሲል ጠራት « አትዘኝ ፡ ፡ ጌታሽ ከበታችሽ ትንሽን ወንዝ በእርግጥ አድርጓል ፡ ፡

[ musa ( moses ) ] said : " if i ask you anything after this , keep me not in your company , you have received an excuse from me . "
« ከርሷ ( ከአሁኒቱ ጊዜ ) በኋላ ከምንም ነገር ብጠይቅህ አትጎዳኘኝ ፡ ፡ ከእኔ የይቅርታን መጨረሻ በእርግጥ ደርሰሃል » አለው ፡ ፡

as for the ship , it belonged to poor people working at sea . so i intended to cause defect in it as there was after them a king who seized every [ good ] ship by force .
« መርከቢቱማ በባሕር ለሚሠሩ ምስኪኖች ነበረች ፡ ፡ ከኋላቸውም መርከብን ሁሉ በቅሚያ የሚይዝ ንጉሥ ነበረና ፤ ( እንዳይቀማቸው ) ላነውራት ፈቀድኩ ፡ ፡

and those who accept faith subsequently , and adopt exile , and fight for the faith in your company , - they are of you . but kindred by blood have prior rights against each other in the book of allah .
እነዚያም በኋላ ያመኑና የተሰደዱ ፣ ከእናንተም ጋር ኾነው የታገሉ እነዚያ ከናንተው ናቸው ፡ ፡ የዝምድናዎች ባለቤቶችም በአላህ መጽሐፍ ከፊሎቻቸው በከፊሉ ( መውረስ ) የተገቡ ናቸው ፡ ፡ አላህ በነገሩ ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡

all your life you are ( cursed ) to say : ' do not touch me ; and a threat hangs over you which you will not be able to escape . look at your god to whom you are so attached : we shall verily burn it , and disperse its ashes into the sea .
