and they are running in their footsteps .
እነሱም በፈለጎቻቸው ላይ ይገሰግሳሉና ፡ ፡

and violent is he in his love of wealth .
እርሱም ገንዘብን ለመውደድ በጣም ብርቱ ነው ፡ ፡

it is he who has taught the qur 'an .
ቁርኣንን አስተማረ ፡ ፡

that it is he who destroyed the former ‘ ad ,
እነሆ እርሱም የፊተኛይቱን ዓድ አጥፍቷል ፡ ፡

it is he who scattered you in the earth , and to him you shall be mustered .
እርሱም ያ በምድር ውስጥ የበተናችሁ ነው ፡ ፡ ወደርሱም ትሰበሰባላችሁ ፡ ፡

blessed is he who appointed houses in the sky and set in it a lamp and a shining moon .
ያ በሰማይ ቡሩጆችን ያደረገና በእርሷም አንጸባራቂን ( ፀሐይ ) አብሪ ጨረቃንም ያደረገ ጌታ ክብሩ በጣም ላቀ ፡ ፡

and it is he who has spread you in the earth , and towards him you are to be raised .
እርሱም ያ በምድር ውስጥ የበተናችሁ ነው ፡ ፡ ወደርሱም ትሰበሰባላችሁ ፡ ፡

admonished is he indeed who feareth ,
( አላህን ) የሚፈራ ሰው በእርግጥ ይገሠጻል ፡ ፡

and failed is he who buried it !
( በኀጢኣት ) የሸፈናትም ሰው በእውነት አፈረ ፡ ፡

accursed is man . how ungrateful is he !
ሰው ተረገመ ፤ ምን ከሓዲ አደረገው ?

and that it is he who enriches and impoverishes .
እነሆ እርሱም አከበረ ፣ ጥሪተኛም አደረገ ፡ ፡

it is he who causes death and gives life .
እነሆ እርሱም ገደለ ፣ አስነሳም ፡ ፡

he will forgive your sins and admit you into gardens with streams running in them , and into good dwellings in the gardens of eden ; that is the great success .
ኃጢኣቶቻችሁን ለእናንተ ይምራል ፡ ፡ ከሥሮቻቸው ወንዞች የሚፈሱባቸውንም ገነቶች ያገባችኋል ፡ ፡ በመኖሪያ ገነቶችም በሚያማምሩ ቤቶች ውስጥ ( ያስቀምጣችኋል ) ፡ ፡ ይህ ታላቅ ዕድል ነው ፡ ፡

and it is he who feeds me and gives me drink .
« ያም እርሱ የሚያበላኝና የሚያጠጣኝ ነው ፡ ፡

it is he who grants people temporary and durable wealth .
እነሆ እርሱም አከበረ ፣ ጥሪተኛም አደረገ ፡ ፡

" who created me , and it is he who guides me ;
« ( እርሱ ) ያ የፈጠረኝ ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱም ይመራኛል ፡ ፡
