በላቸው « እርሱ ( ቁርኣን ) ታላቅ ዜና ነው ፡ ፡

do not say of anything : ' i will do it tomorrow '
ለማንኛውም ነገር « እኔ ይህንን ነገ ሠሪ ነኝም » አትበል ፡ ፡

and do not say of anything : surely i will do it tomorrow ,
ለማንኛውም ነገር « እኔ ይህንን ነገ ሠሪ ነኝም » አትበል ፡ ፡

do not say of any thing : " i will do it tomorrow , "
ለማንኛውም ነገር « እኔ ይህንን ነገ ሠሪ ነኝም » አትበል ፡ ፡

say : " this is a momentous message ,
በላቸው « እርሱ ( ቁርኣን ) ታላቅ ዜና ነው ፡ ፡

and his companion will say : ' this is that which i have present '
ቁራኛውም ( መልአክ ) « ይህ ያ እኔ ዘንድ ያለው ቀራቢ ነው » ይላል ፡ ፡

and he does not say anything by his own desire .
ከልብ ወለድም አይናገርም ፡ ፡

they say , “ this is a losing proposition . ”
« ይህቺ ያን ጊዜ ባለ ከሳራ መመለስ ናት » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

and do not say , regarding anything , ' i am going to do that tomorrow , '
ለማንኛውም ነገር « እኔ ይህንን ነገ ሠሪ ነኝም » አትበል ፡ ፡

and say , " this is nothing but evident sorcery !
ይላሉም « ይህ ግልጽ ድግምት እንጂ ሌላ አይደለም ፡ ፡

and say : ' this is nothing but clear sorcery '
ይላሉም « ይህ ግልጽ ድግምት እንጂ ሌላ አይደለም ፡ ፡

and his companions shall say : this is what is ready with me .
ቁራኛውም ( መልአክ ) « ይህ ያ እኔ ዘንድ ያለው ቀራቢ ነው » ይላል ፡ ፡

and his companion will say : this is that which with me is ready .
ቁራኛውም ( መልአክ ) « ይህ ያ እኔ ዘንድ ያለው ቀራቢ ነው » ይላል ፡ ፡

hastening to the inviter . the unbelievers shall say : this is a hard day .
ወደ ጠሪው አንገቶቻቸውን ሳቢዎች ቸኳዮች ኾነው ( ይወጣሉ ) ፡ ፡ ከሓዲዎቹ ( ያን ጊዜ ምን ይላሉ ? ) « ይህ ብርቱ ቀን ነው » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

does their reason tell them to say this or is it because they are a rebellious people ?
አእምሮዎቻቸው በዚህ ያዟቸዋልን ? አይደለም በእውነቱ እነርሱ ወሰን አላፊዎች ሕዝቦች ናቸው ፡ ፡

he said , ‘ did i not say that you cannot have patience with me ? ’
« አንተ ከኔ ጋር ትእግሥትን ፈጽሞ አትችልም አላልኩምን » አለ ፡ ፡

( muhammad ) , say , " this is my way . i and all my followers invite you to god with proper understanding .
« ይህች መንገዴ ናት ፡ ፡ ወደ አላህ እጠራለሁ ፡ ፡ እኔም የተከተለኝም ሰው በግልጽ ማስረጃ ላይ ነን ፡ ፡ ጥራትም ለአላህ ይገባው ፡ ፡ እኔም ከአጋሪዎቹ አይደለሁም » በል ፡ ፡

hastening towards the caller , the disbelievers will say : " this is a hard day . "
ወደ ጠሪው አንገቶቻቸውን ሳቢዎች ቸኳዮች ኾነው ( ይወጣሉ ) ፡ ፡ ከሓዲዎቹ ( ያን ጊዜ ምን ይላሉ ? ) « ይህ ብርቱ ቀን ነው » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

and if they see a sign , they turn away , and say : " this is continuous magic . "
ተዓምርንም ቢያዩ ( ከእምነት ) ይዞራሉ ፡ ፡ ( ይህ ) « ዘውታሪ ድግምት ነውም » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

and now that the truth hath come unto them they say : this is mere magic , and lo ! we are disbelievers therein .
እውነቱም በመጣላቸው ጊዜ « ይህ ድግምት ነው ፡ ፡ እኛም በእርሱ ከሓዲዎች ነን » አሉ ፡ ፡
