አል-ረሕማን ፤

for they have attributed a son to ar-rahman ,
ለአልረሕማን ልጅ አልለው ስለአሉ ፡ ፡

surely ar-rahman will show love for those who believe and do the right .
እነዚያ ያመኑና በጎ ሥራዎችን የሠሩ አልረሕማን ለእነሱ ውዴታን ይሰጣቸዋል ፡ ፡

has he peeped into the unknown , or obtained a promise from ar-rahman ?
ሩቁን ምስጢር ዐወቀን ወይስ አልረሕማን ዘንድ ቃል ኪዳንን ያዘ

none will have power to intercede for them except one who obtains a promise from ar-rahman .
አልረሕማን ዘንድ ቃል ኪዳንን የያዘ ሰው ቢኾን እንጂ ማማለድን አይችሉም ፡ ፡

on that day no intercession will matter other than his whom ar-rahman grants permission and accepts .
በዚያ ቀን ለእርሱ አልረሕማን የፈቀደለትንና ለእርሱም ቃልን የወደደለትን ሰው ቢኾን እንጅ ምልጃ ( አንድንም ) አትጠቅምም ፡ ፡

inquire of apostles we had sent before you if we appointed gods to be worshipped other than ar-rahman .
ከመልእክተኞቻችንም ካንተ በፊት የላክናቸውን ( ተከታዮቻቸውን ) ከአልረሕማን ሌላ የሚገዙዋቸው የኾኑን አማልክት አድርገን እንደ ኾነ ጠይቃቸው ፡ ፡

say : " if ar-rahman had a son i would have been the first of worshippers . "
« ለአልረሕማን ልጅ ( የለውም እንጅ ) ቢኖረው እኔ ( ለልጁ ) የተገዢዎቹ መጀመሪያ ነኝ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

what other army do you have to help you apart from ar-rahman ? the unbelievers are surely lost in delusion .
በእውነቱ ያ እርሱ ከአልረሕማን ሌላ የሚረዳችሁ ለእናንተ የኾነ ሰራዊት ማነው ? ከሓዲዎች በመታለል ውስጥ እንጅ በሌላ ላይ አይደሉም ፡ ፡

who created the seven skies one above the other . do you see any disproportion in the creations of ar-rahman ?
ያ ሰባትን ሰማያት የተነባበሩ ኾነው የፈጠረ ነው ፡ ፡ በአልረሕማን አፈጣጠር ውስጥ ምንም መዛነፍን አታይም ፡ ፡ ዓይንህንም መልስ ፡ ፡ « ከስንጥቆች አንዳችን ታያለህን ? »

you can only warn him who listens to the warning and fears ar-rahman secretly . so give him good news of forgiveness and a generous reward .
የምታስጠነቅቀው ግሳጼን የተከተለንና አልረሕማንን በሩቅ የፈራን ሰው ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ በምሕረትና በመልካም ምንዳም አብስረው ፡ ፡

should i take other gods apart from him , who would neither be able to intercede for me nor save me if ar-rahman brings me harm ?
« ከእርሱ ሌላ አማልክትን እይዛለሁን ? አልረህማን በጉዳት ቢሻኝ ምልጃቸው ከእኔ ( ለመመለስ ) ምንም አትጠቅመኝም ፤ አያድኑኝምም ፡ ፡

o my father , i fear lest a punishment from ar-rahman should befall you , and you should become a friend of the devil . "
« አባቴ ሆይ ! እኔ ከአልረሕማን ቅጣት ሊያገኝህ ለሰይጣንም ጓደኛ ልትኾን እፈራለሁ ፡ ፡ »

aaron had indeed told them earlier : " o my people , you are being only misled with this . surely your lord is ar-rahman .
ሃሩንም ከዚህ በፊት በእርግጥ አላቸው ፡ - « ሕዝቦቼ ሆይ ! ( ይህ ) በእርሱ የተሞከራችሁበት ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ጌታችሁም አልረሕማን ነው ፡ ፡ ተከተሉኝም ፡ ፡ ትዕዛዜንም ስሙ ፡ ፡ »

it is from solomon , and ( says ) : ' in the name of allah , ar-rahman , ar-rahim .
« እርሱ ከሱለይማን ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱም በአላህ ስም እጅግ በጣም ሩኅሩኅ በጣም አዛኝ በኾነው ፡ ፡

say thou : call upon allah or call upon rahman , by whichsoever ye call , his are the excellent names . and shout not thy prayer , nor speak it low , but seek between these a way .
« አላህን ጥሩ ፤ ወይም አልረሕማንን ጥሩ ፤ ( ከሁለቱ ) ማንኛውንም ብትጠሩ ( መልካም ነው ) ፡ ፡ ለእርሱ መልካም ስሞች አሉትና » በላቸው ፡ ፡ በስግደትህም ( ስታነብ ) አትጩህ ፡ ፡ በእርሷም ድምጽህን ዝቅ አታድርግ በዚህም መካከል መንገድን ፈልግ ፡ ፡

" you are only men like us , " they replied ; " ar-rahman has not sent down any thing . you are speaking only lies . "
እናንተ መሰላችን ሰዎች እንጂ ሌላ አይደላችሁም ፡ ፡ አልረሕማንም ምንም ነገር አላወረደም ፡ ፡ እናንተ የምትዋሹ እንጂ ሌላ አይደላችሁም አሉዋቸው ፡ ፡
