but he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort.
ትንቢትን የሚናገር ግን ለማነጽና ለመምከር ለማጽናናትም ለሰው ይናገራል።

በእናንተ የሚናገር የአባታችሁ መንፈስ ነው እንጂ፥ የምትናገሩ እናንተ አይደላችሁምና።

አምስተኛይቱም እርሱ ከውነተኞች ቢኾን በእርስዋ ላይ የአላህ ቁጣ ይኑርባት ( ብላ መመስከርዋ ) ነው ፡ ፡

this book of ours speaketh against you with truth ; verily we have been setting down whatsoever ye have been working .
ይህ መጽሐፋችን ነው ፡ ፡ በእናንተ ላይ በእውነት ይናገራል ፡ ፡ እኛ ያንን ትሠሩት የነበራችሁትን እናስገለብጥ ነበርን ( ይባላሉ ) ፡ ፡

and we task not any soul beyond its scope , and with us is a record which speaketh the truth , and they will not be wronged .
ማንኛይቱንም ነፍስ ችሎታዋን እንጂ አናስገድዳትም ፡ ፡ እኛም ዘንድ በእውነት የሚናገር መጽሐፍ አልለ ፡ ፡ እነርሱም አይበደሉም ፡ ፡

but nay ! it is but a word that he speaketh ; and behind them is a barrier until the day when they are raised .
« በተውኩት ነገር በጎን ሥራ ልሠራ እከጅላለሁና ፡ ፡ » ( ይህን ከማለት ) ይከልከል ፡ ፡ እርስዋ እርሱ ተናጋሪዋ የኾነች ከንቱ ቃል ናት ፡ ፡ ከስተፊታቸውም እስከሚቀሰቀሱበት ቀን ድረስ ግርዶ አልለ ፡ ፡

on the day whereon the spirits and the angels will stand arrayed , they will not be able to speak save him whom the compassionate giveth leave and who speaketh aright .
መንፈሱ ( ጂብሪል ) መላእክቶቹም የተሰለፉ ኾነው በሚቆሙ ቀን አል-ረሕማን ለእርሱ የፈቀደለትና ትክክለኛን ቃል ያለ ሰው ቢኾን እንጅ ( መነጋገርን አይችሉም ) ፡ ፡

he that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.
ከራሱ የሚናገር የራሱን ክብር ይፈልጋል፤ የላከውን ክብር የሚፈልግ ግን እርሱ እውነተኛ ነው በእርሱም ዓመፃ የለበትም።

and the eunuch answered philip, and said, i pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man?
ጃንደረባውም ለፊልጶስ መልሶ። እባክህ፥ ነቢዩ ይህን ስለ ማን ይናገራል? ስለ ራሱ ነውን ወይስ ስለ ሌላ? አለው።

and the scribes and the pharisees began to reason, saying, who is this which speaketh blasphemies? who can forgive sins, but god alone?
ጻፎችና ፈሪሳውያንም። ይህ የሚሳደብ ማን ነው? ከአንዱ ከእግዚአብሔር በቀር ኃጢአት ሊያስተሰርይ ማን ይችላል? ብለው ያስቡ ጀመር።

see that ye refuse not him that speaketh. for if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:
ለሚናገረው እምቢ እንዳትሉ ተጠንቀቁ፤ እነዚያ በምድር ላስረዳቸው እምቢ ባሉ ጊዜ ካላመለጡ፥ ከሰማይ ከመጣው ፈቀቅ የምንል እኛስ እንዴት እናመልጣለን?

he said : it is she who solicited me against myself and a witness from her own household bare witness : if his shirt be rent in front , then she speaketh the truth and he is of the liars .
( ዩሱፍም ) « እርሷ ከነፍሴ አባበለችኝ » አለ ፡ ፡ ከቤተሰቦቿም መስካሪ ( እንዲህ ሲል ) መሰከረ ፡ ፡ « ቀሚሱ ከበስተፊት ተቀድዶ እንደሆነ እውነት ተናገረች ፡ ፡ እርሱም ከውሸታሞቹ ነው ፡ ፡

say : " allah speaketh the truth : follow the religion of abraham , the sane in faith ; he was not of the pagans . "
« አላህ እውነትን ተናገረ ፡ ፡ የኢብራሂምንም መንገድ ወደ እውነት ያዘነበለ ሲኾን ተከተሉ ፡ ፡ ከአጋሪዎቹም አልነበረም » በላቸው ፡ ፡

( joseph ) said : she it was who asked of me an evil act . and a witness of her own folk testified : if his shirt is torn from before , then she speaketh truth and he is of the liars .
( ዩሱፍም ) « እርሷ ከነፍሴ አባበለችኝ » አለ ፡ ፡ ከቤተሰቦቿም መስካሪ ( እንዲህ ሲል ) መሰከረ ፡ ፡ « ቀሚሱ ከበስተፊት ተቀድዶ እንደሆነ እውነት ተናገረች ፡ ፡ እርሱም ከውሸታሞቹ ነው ፡ ፡
