ከእኛም የሆነን ርኅራኄ ንጽሕናንም ( ሰጠነው ) ፡ ፡ ጥንቁቅም ነበር ፡ ፡

and tenderness from us and purity , and he was cautious ;
ከእኛም የሆነን ርኅራኄ ንጽሕናንም ( ሰጠነው ) ፡ ፡ ጥንቁቅም ነበር ፡ ፡

and a tenderness from us , and purity ; and he was godfearing ,
ከእኛም የሆነን ርኅራኄ ንጽሕናንም ( ሰጠነው ) ፡ ፡ ጥንቁቅም ነበር ፡ ፡

and tenderness from our presence and purity , and he was god-fearing .
ከእኛም የሆነን ርኅራኄ ንጽሕናንም ( ሰጠነው ) ፡ ፡ ጥንቁቅም ነበር ፡ ፡

and tenderness from us and purity , and he was one who guarded ( against evil ) ,
ከእኛም የሆነን ርኅራኄ ንጽሕናንም ( ሰጠነው ) ፡ ፡ ጥንቁቅም ነበር ፡ ፡

it was our wish that their lord should grant them another in exchange , another better in purity and tenderness .
« ጌታቸውም በንጹሕነት ከእርሱ በላጭን በእዝነትም ከእርሱ በጣም ቀራቢን ልጅ ሊለውጥላቸው ፈለግን ፡ ፡

and treat them with humility and tenderness and say , " lord , be merciful to them both , as they raised me up when i was little . "
ለሁለቱም ከእዝነትህ የመዋረድን ክንፍ ዝቅ አድርግላቸው ፡ ፡ « ጌታዬ ሆይ ! በሕፃንነቴ ( በርኅራኄ ) እንዳሳደጉኝ እዘንልላቸውም » በል ፡ ፡

the adulteress and the adulterer : scourge each one of the twain with a hundred stripes . and let not tenderness rake hold of you in regarad to the twain in the law of allah , if ye have come to believe in allah and the last day .
ዝሙተኛይቱና ዝሙተኛው ከሁለቱ እያንዳንዳቸውን ( ያላገቡ እንደኾኑ ) መቶ ግርፋትን ግረፉዋቸው ፤ በእነርሱም በአላህ ፍርድ ርኅራኄ አትያዛችሁ ፡ ፡ በአላህና በመጨረሻው ቀን የምታምኑ እንደኾናችሁ ( አትራሩ ) ፡ ፡ ቅጣታቸውንም ከምእምናን ጭፍሮች ይገኙበት ፡ ፡

strain not thine eyes toward that which we cause some wedded pairs among them to enjoin , and be not grieved on their account , and lower thy wing ( in tenderness ) for the believers .
ከእነርሱ ( ከከሓዲዎች ) ብዙዎችን ወገኖች በእርሱ ወደ አጣቀምንበት ጸጋ ዓይኖችህን አትዘርጋ ፡ ፡ በእነሱም ላይ ( ባያምኑ ) አትዘን ፡ ፡ ክንፍህንም ለምእምናን አለዝብ ፡ ፡

and if there betideth you grace from allah , then , as though there had been no tenderness between you and him , he saith : would that i had been with them ! then i would have achieved a mighty achievement .
ከአላህም የኾነ ችሮታ ቢያገኛችሁ በእናንተና በእርሱ መካከል ፍቅር እንዳልነበረች ሁሉ « ታላቅ ዕድልን አገኝ ዘንድ ከነሱ ጋር በኾንኩ ወይ ምኞቴ ! » ይላል ፡ ፡
