ላይዋንም ከታችዋ አደረግን ፡ ፡ በእነሱም ላይ የሸክላ ደንጊያዎችን አዘነብንባቸው ፡ ፡

indeed we gave him authority in the land and bestowed him the means of everything .
እኛ ለእርሱ በምድር አስመቸነው ፡ ፡ ከነገሩም ሁሉ ( መዳረሻ ) መንገድን ሰጠነው ፡ ፡

the like of which were not created in the land ?
በዚያች ብጤዋ በአገሮች ውስጥ ያልተፈጠረ በኾነችው ፡ ፡

do not let the coming and going in the land of those who disbelieve delude you ;
የእነዚያ የካዱት ሰዎች በአገሮች መንፈላሰስ አያታልህ ፡ ፡

the like of which has never been created in the land ,
በዚያች ብጤዋ በአገሮች ውስጥ ያልተፈጠረ በኾነችው ፡ ፡

" who make mischief in the land , and reform not . "
« የእነዚያን በምድር ላይ የሚያጠፉትንና የማያበጁትን ፡ ፡ »

do not be impressed by the disbelievers movements ’ in the land .
የእነዚያ የካዱት ሰዎች በአገሮች መንፈላሰስ አያታልህ ፡ ፡

be not deceived by the comings and goings of unbelievers in the land .
የእነዚያ የካዱት ሰዎች በአገሮች መንፈላሰስ አያታልህ ፡ ፡

and do not defraud people in their property or spread evil in the land .
« ሰዎችንም ነገሮቻቸውን አታጉድሉባቸው ፡ ፡ በምድርም ላይ አጥፊዎች ኾናችሁ አታበላሹ ፡ ፡

and we delivered him and lot to the land which we had blessed for the worlds .
እርሱንና ሉጥንም ወደዚያች ፤ በውስጧ ለዓለማት በረከትን ወደ አደረግንባት ምድር ( በመውሰድ ) አዳን ፡ ፡

and do not deliver short , and do not go about creating mischief in the land ,
« ሰዎችንም ነገሮቻቸውን አታጉድሉባቸው ፡ ፡ በምድርም ላይ አጥፊዎች ኾናችሁ አታበላሹ ፡ ፡

and do not defraud people of their belongings , and do not work corruption in the land .
« ሰዎችንም ነገሮቻቸውን አታጉድሉባቸው ፡ ፡ በምድርም ላይ አጥፊዎች ኾናችሁ አታበላሹ ፡ ፡

" who make mischief in the land , and mend not ( their ways ) . "
« የእነዚያን በምድር ላይ የሚያጠፉትንና የማያበጁትን ፡ ፡ »

" he wishes to drive you away from the land . so what do you advise ? "
« ከምድራችሁ ሊያወጣችሁ ይሻል » ( አሉ ) ፡ ፡ « ታዲያ ምን ታዛላችሁ » ( አለ )

and nuh said : my lord ! leave not upon the land any dweller from among the unbelievers :
ኑሕም አለ « ጌታዬ ሆይ ! ከከሓዲዎቹ በምድር ላይ አንድንም አትተው ፡ ፡
