recall what time he came unto his lord with a heart whole .
ወደ ጌታው በቅን ልብ በመጣ ጊዜ ( የኾነውን አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ ፡

recall what time he said unto his people : fear ye not ?
ለሕዝቦቹ ባለ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፤ አላህን አትፈሩምን ?

and recall what time we vouchsafed unto musa the book and the distinction that haply ye may be guided .
ሙሳንም መጽሐፍንና ( እውነትና ውሸትን ) መለያንም ትመሩ ዘንድ በሰጠነው ጊዜ ( አስታውሱ ) ፡ ፡

and mention thou in the book maryam , what time the retired from her people to a place eastward .
በመጽሐፉ ውስጥ መርየምንም ከቤተሰቧ ወደ ምሥራቃዊ ስፍራ በተለይች ጊዜ ( የሆነውን ታሪኳን ) አውሳ ፡ ፡

recall what time he said unto his father and his people : what is it that ye worship ?
« ለአባቱና ለሕዝቦቹ ምንን ትግገዛላችሁ ? » ባለ ጊዜ ፡ ፡

and lut ! what time he said unto his people : commit ye indecency while ye see ?
ሉጥንም ለሕዝቦቹ ባለ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፤ « እናንተ የምታዩ ስትኾኑ ፀያፍን ነገር ትሠራላችሁን

and recall what time ibrahim said unto his father and his people : verily i am quit of that which ye worship .
ኢብራሂምም ለአባቱና ለሕዝቦቹ ባለ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ « እኔ ከምትግገዙት ሁሉ ንጹሕ ነኝ ፡ ፡ »

and recall what time thou saidst to the believers : sufficieth it not unto that your lord should reinforce you with three thousand angels sent down .
ለምእምናን « ጌታችሁ በሦስት ሺህ መላእክት የተወረዱ ሲኾኑ ቢረዳችሁ አይበቃችሁምን » በምትል ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡

and lut : recall what time he said unto his people : verily ye commit an indecency wherein none hath preceded you in the worlds .
ሉጥንም ለሕዝቦቹ ባለ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) « እናንተ ጠያፍን ስራ ትሠራላችሁን በእርሷ ከዓለማት አንድም አልቀደማችሁም ፡ ፡

and ayyub ! recall what time he cried unto his lord : verily hurt hath touched me , and thou art the most merciful of the mercifuls .
አዩብንም ( ኢዮብን ) ጌታውን « እኔ መከራ አገኘኝ አንተም ከአዛኞች ሁሉ ይበልጥ አዛኝ ነህ » ሲል በተጣራ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡

and recall what time allah shewed them few unto thee in thy dream . and had he shewn them numerous unto thee , surely ye would have flagged and surely ye would have disputed over the affair but allah saved you .
አላህ በሕልምህ እነሱን ጥቂት አድርጎ ባሳየህ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ እነሱን ብዙ አድርጎ ባሳየህም ኖሮ በፈራችሁና በነገሩ በተጨቃጨቃችሁ ነበር ፡ ፡ ግን አላህ አዳናችሁ ፡ ፡ እርሱ በደረቶች ውስጥ ያለን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነውና ፡ ፡

and couldst thou see what time they shall be held over the fire , and then they will say : would that we were sent back and now we shall not belie the signs of our lord and we shall be of the believers .
በእሳትም ላይ በተቆሙ ጊዜ ምነው ( ወደ ምድረ ዓለም ) በተመለስን በጌታችንም አንቀጾች ባላስተባበልን ከምእምናንም በኾንን ዋ ምኞታችን ! ባሉ ጊዜ ብታይ ኖሮ ( የሚያሰደነግጥን ነገር ባየህ ነበር ) ፡ ፡

and recall what time the hypocrites and these in whose hearts was a disease said : their religion hath be gulfed those . and whosoever relieth on allah then verily allah is mighty , wise .
መናፍቃንና እነዚያ በልቦቻቸው ውስጥ በሽታ ያለባቸው « እነዚህን ( ሙስሊሞች ) ሃይማኖታቸው አታለላቸው » ባሉ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ በአላህም ላይ የሚጠጋ ( ያሸንፋል ) ፤ አላህ አሸናፊ ጥበበኛ ነውና ፡ ፡

and recall what time thy lord proclaimed that he would surely raise upon them , till the day of resurrection , someone perpetrating upon them worst oppression . verily thy lord is swift in chastising , and verily he is forgiving , merciful .
ጌታህም እስከ ትንሣኤ ቀን ክፉ ቅጣትን የሚያቀምሳቸውን ሰው በነሱ ላይ በእርግጥ የሚልክ መኾኑን ባስታወቀ ጊዜ ( አስታውሳቸው ) ፡ ፡ ጌታህ በእርግጥ ቅጣተ ፈጣን ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱም በእርግጥ እጅግ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነው ፡ ፡

and consider what time they will wrangle together in the fire , and the oppressed will say unto those who were stiff-necked : verily we have been unto you a following , are ye going to avail us against a portion of the fire ?
በእሳትም ውስጥ የሚከራከሩበትን ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡ ደካማዎቹም ለእነዚያ ለኮሩት « እኛ ለእናንተ ተከታዮች ነበርንና እናንተ ( አሁን ) ከእሳት ከፊሉን ከእኛ ላይ ገፍታሪዎች ናችሁን ? » ይላሉ ፡ ፡
