333- وفي مجال العمل ينص الدستور على سلسلة من الحقوق منها: الحق في العمل، وفي أجر مساوٍ عند تساوي العمل؛ وعدم جواز الحجز على الحد الأدنى من الأجور والمستحقات الاجتماعية، وعلى السلامة أثناء العمل في مواجهة الأخطار المهنية، وعلى أن تكون ساعات العمل ثماني ساعات في اليوم، وعلى أوقات الراحة والإجازات المدفوعة، وعلى الشهر الثالث عشر، والحق في الحصول على عمل مستقر، وحماية الحوامل، والحق في الإضراب والحرية النقابية.
