and amongst them will be passed round vessels of silver and cups of crystal ,
আর তাদের সামনে পরিবেশন করা হবে রূপোর পেয়ালা ও ঝলমলে কাচের পানপাত ্ র , --

and amongst them will be passed round vessels of silver and goblets of crystal , -
আর তাদের সামনে পরিবেশন করা হবে রূপোর পেয়ালা ও ঝলমলে কাচের পানপাত ্ র , --

blessed be he who has set the constellations in the heaven , and set amongst them a sun , and an illuminating moon .
কল ্ যাণময় তিনি , যিনি নভোমন ্ ডলে রাশিচক ্ র সৃষ ্ টি করেছেন এবং তাতে রেখেছেন সূর ্ য ও দীপ ্ তিময় চন ্ দ ্ র ।

" except thy servants amongst them , sincere and purified ( by thy grace ) . "
''কেবলমাত্র তাদের মধ্যের তোমার খাঁটি বান্দাদের ব্যতীত।’’

we have indeed turned it about amongst them , so that they may remember ; yet most men refuse all but unbelief .
আর আমরা নিশ ্ চয়ই এটিকে বিতরণ করি তাদের মধ ্ যে যেন তারা স ্ মরণ করতে পারে , কিন ্ ত অধিকাংশ লোকেই প ্ রত ্ যাখ ্ যান করা ছাড়া আর কিছুতে একমত হয় না ।

and we appointed , from amongst them , leaders guiding others by our command , when they had persevered , and of our signs they were convinced .
আর আমরা তাদের মধ ্ যে থেকে নেতা দাঁড় করিয়েছিলাম যাঁরা আমাদের নির ্ দেশের দ ্ বারা পথনির ্ দেশ দিতেন যতদিন তারা অধ ্ যবসায় করত , আর তারা আমাদের নির ্ দেশাবলী সন ্ বন ্ ধে দৃঢ়বিশ ্ বাস রাখত ।

but god would not punish them while you are amongst them . and god would not punish them as long as they seek forgiveness .
অথচ আল ্ লাহ কখনই তাদের উপর আযাব নাযিল করবেন না যতক ্ ষণ আপনি তাদের মাঝে অবস ্ থান করবেন । তাছাড়া তারা যতক ্ ষণ ক ্ ষমা প ্ রার ্ থনা করতে থাকবে আল ্ লাহ কখনও তাদের উপর আযাব দেবেন না ।

" except your chosen slaves amongst them ( faithful , obedient , true believers of islamic monotheism ) . "
''কেবলমাত্র তাদের মধ্যের তোমার খাঁটি বান্দাদের ব্যতীত।’’

the wicked amongst them changed what was said for other words . therefore we sent down upon them from heaven a punishment for their evil doing .
অনন ্ তর জালেমরা এতে অন ্ য শব ্ দ বদলে দিল তার পরিবর ্ তে , যা তাদেরকে বলা হয়েছিল । সুতরাং আমি তাদের উপর আযাব পাঠিয়েছি আসমান থেকে তাদের অপকর ্ মের কারণে ।

but allah was not going to send them a penalty whilst thou wast amongst them ; nor was he going to send it whilst they could ask for pardon .
অথচ আল ্ লাহ কখনই তাদের উপর আযাব নাযিল করবেন না যতক ্ ষণ আপনি তাদের মাঝে অবস ্ থান করবেন । তাছাড়া তারা যতক ্ ষণ ক ্ ষমা প ্ রার ্ থনা করতে থাকবে আল ্ লাহ কখনও তাদের উপর আযাব দেবেন না ।

then we sent amongst them an apostle from amongst themselves , saying : worship allah , for you there is no god but he ; will ye then not fear him ?
এবং তাদেরই একজনকে তাদের মধ ্ যে রসূলরূপে প ্ রেরণ করেছিলাম এই বলে যে , তোমরা আল ্ লাহর বন ্ দেগী কর । তিনি ব ্ যতীত তোমাদের অন ্ য কোন মাবুদ নেই । তবুও কি তোমরা ভয় করবে না ?

amongst them are men who made a covenant with allah , that if he bestowed on them of his bounty , they would give ( largely ) in charity , and be truly amongst those who are righteous .
আর ওদের মধ ্ যে কেউ-কেউ আল ্ লাহ ্ ‌ র কাছে অঙ ্ গীকার করেছিল -- ''তিনি যদি তাঁর করুণাভান্ডার থেকে আমাদের দান করেন তবে আমরা নিশ্চয়ই সদকা-খয়রাত করবো আর আমরা অবশ্যই হবো সৎকর্মীদের মধ্যেকার।’’

and beware a day whereon we shall raise up in every community a witness regarding them from amongst them selves , and we shall bring thee as a witness regarding these . and we , have revealed unto thee the book as an exposition of everything and as a guidance and mercy and glad tidings to the muslims .
আর সেদিন আমরা প ্ রত ্ যেক জাতির মধ ্ যে দাঁড় করাব তাদের মধ ্ যে থেকে তাদের বিষয়ে এক-একজন সাক ্ ষী , আর তোমাকে আমরা আনব একজন সাক ্ ষীরূপে এদের উপরে । আর তোমার কাছে আমরা অবতারণ করেছি ধর ্ মগ ্ রন ্ থ সব বিষয়ের সুস ্ পষ ্ ট ব ্ যাখ ্ যাস ্ বরূপ আর পথনির ্ দেশ ও করুণা এবং আ ‌ ত ্ মসমর ্ পণকারীদের জন ্ য সুসংবাদ-স ্ বরূপ ।

and allah would not punish them while you ( muhammad saw ) are amongst them , nor will he punish them while they seek ( allah 's ) forgiveness .
অথচ আল ্ লাহ কখনই তাদের উপর আযাব নাযিল করবেন না যতক ্ ষণ আপনি তাদের মাঝে অবস ্ থান করবেন । তাছাড়া তারা যতক ্ ষণ ক ্ ষমা প ্ রার ্ থনা করতে থাকবে আল ্ লাহ কখনও তাদের উপর আযাব দেবেন না ।

" our lord ! send amongst them a messenger of their own , who shall rehearse thy signs to them and instruct them in scripture and wisdom , and sanctify them : for thou art the exalted in might , the wise . "
হে পরওয়ারদেগার ! তাদের মধ ্ যে থেকেই তাদের নিকট একজন পয়গম ্ বর প ্ রেরণ করুণ যিনি তাদের কাছে তোমার আয়াতসমূহ তেলাওয়াত করবেন , তাদেরকে কিতাব ও হেকমত শিক ্ ষা দিবেন । এবং তাদের পবিত ্ র করবেন । নিশ ্ চয় তুমিই পরাক ্ রমশালী হেকমতওয়ালা ।

and indeed we have distributed it ( rain or water ) amongst them in order that they may remember the grace of allah , but most men refuse ( or deny the truth or faith ) and accept nothing but disbelief or ingratitude .
আর আমরা নিশ ্ চয়ই এটিকে বিতরণ করি তাদের মধ ্ যে যেন তারা স ্ মরণ করতে পারে , কিন ্ ত অধিকাংশ লোকেই প ্ রত ্ যাখ ্ যান করা ছাড়া আর কিছুতে একমত হয় না ।

" never did i say to them aught except what you ( allah ) did command me to say : ' worship allah , my lord and your lord . ' and i was a witness over them while i dwelt amongst them , but when you took me up , you were the watcher over them , and you are a witness to all things .
''আমি তাদের বলি নি তুমি যা আমাকে আদেশ করেছ তা ছাড়া অন্য কিছু, যথা -- 'তোমরা আল্লাহ্‌র উপাসনা করো যিনি আমার প্রভু ও তোমাদের প্রভু’, আর আমি তাদের সাক্ষী ছিলাম যতদিন আমি তাদের মধ্যে ছিলাম, কিন্তু যখন তুমি আমার মৃত্যু ঘটালে তখন তুমিই ছিলে তাদের উপরে প্রহরী। আর তুমিই হচ্ছো সব-কিছুরই সাক্ষী।
