আল ্ লাহ ্ নিশ ্ চয়ই তোমাদের আদেশ করছেন যেন তোমরা আমানত তাদের বাসিন ্ দাদের সমর ্ পণ করো , আর যখন তো মরা লোকদের মধ ্ যে বিচার-আচার করো তখন যেন ন ্ যায়পরায়ণতার সাথে বিচার করো । নিঃসন ্ দেহ আল ্ লাহ ্ কি উত ্ তম উপদেশ তোমাদের দিয়ে থাকেন ! নিঃসন ্ দেহ আল ্ লাহ ্ হচ ্ ছেন সর ্ বশ ্ রোতা , সর ্ বদর ্ শী ।

then the angels called to him as he stood praying in the sanctuary : that allah gives you the good news of yahya verifying a word from allah , and honorable and chaste and a prophet from among the good ones .
ফিরিশ ্ ‌ তারা তাঁকে ডেকে বললে আর তিনি তখন উপাসনাস ্ থলে নামাযে দাঁড়িয়েছিলেন -- ''আল্লাহ্ নিশ্চয়ই আপনাকে সুসংবাদ দিচ্ছেন ইয়াহ্‌য়ার, আল্লাহ্‌র বাণীর সত্যতা প্রতিপন্ন করতে, আর সম্মানিত ও চরিত্রবান, আর সাধুপুরুষদের মধ্য থেকে একজন নবী।’’

say : allah gives you life , then he makes you die , then will he gather you to the day of resurrection wherein is no doubt , but most people do not know .
আপনি বলুন , আল ্ লাহই তোমাদেরকে জীবন দান করেন , অতঃপর মৃত ্ যু দেন , অতঃপর তোমাদেরকে কেয়ামতের দিন একত ্ রিত করবেন , যাতে কোন সন ্ দেহ নেই । কিন ্ তু অধিকাংশ মানুষ বোঝে না ।

allah gives you the glad tidings of a command from him : his name shall be messiah , jesus , the son of mary . he shall be highly honoured in this world and in the next , and shall be one of those near stationed to allah .
যখন ফেরেশতাগণ বললো , হে মারইয়াম আল ্ লাহ তোমাকে তাঁর এক বানীর সুসংবাদ দিচ ্ ছেন , যার নাম হলো মসীহ-মারইয়াম-তনয় ঈসা , দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতে তিনি মহাসম ্ মানের অধিকারী এবং আল ্ লাহর ঘনিষ ্ ঠদের অন ্ তর ্ ভূক ্ ত ।

when the angels said , ‘ o mary , allah gives you the good news of a word from him whose name is messiah , jesus son of mary , distinguished in the world and the hereafter and one of those brought near [ to allah ] .
যখন ফেরেশতাগণ বললো , হে মারইয়াম আল ্ লাহ তোমাকে তাঁর এক বানীর সুসংবাদ দিচ ্ ছেন , যার নাম হলো মসীহ-মারইয়াম-তনয় ঈসা , দুনিয়া ও আখেরাতে তিনি মহাসম ্ মানের অধিকারী এবং আল ্ লাহর ঘনিষ ্ ঠদের অন ্ তর ্ ভূক ্ ত ।

and the angels called out to him when he was standing in the sanctuary worshipping , saying : ' allah gives you glad tidings of john , who shall confirm a word from allah . he shall be a master and chaste , a prophet and from the righteous '
ফিরিশ ্ ‌ তারা তাঁকে ডেকে বললে আর তিনি তখন উপাসনাস ্ থলে নামাযে দাঁড়িয়েছিলেন -- ''আল্লাহ্ নিশ্চয়ই আপনাকে সুসংবাদ দিচ্ছেন ইয়াহ্‌য়ার, আল্লাহ্‌র বাণীর সত্যতা প্রতিপন্ন করতে, আর সম্মানিত ও চরিত্রবান, আর সাধুপুরুষদের মধ্য থেকে একজন নবী।’’

( and remember ) when you ran away ( dreadfully ) without even casting a side glance at anyone , and the messenger ( muhammad saw ) was in your rear calling you back . there did allah give you one distress after another by way of requital to teach you not to grieve for that which had escaped you , nor for that which had befallen you .
আর তোমরা উপরে উঠে যাচ ্ ছিলে এবং পেছন দিকে ফিরে তাকাচ ্ ছিলে না কারো প ্ রতি , অথচ রসূল ডাকছিলেন তোমাদিগকে তোমাদের পেছন দিক থেকে । অতঃপর তোমাদের উপর এলো শোকের ওপরে শোক , যাতে তোমরা হাত থেকে বেরিয়ে যাওয়া বস ্ তুর জন ্ য দুঃখ না কর এবং যার সম ্ মুখীণ হচ ্ ছ সেজন ্ য বিমর ্ ষ না হও । আর আল ্ লাহ তোমাদের কাজের ব ্ যাপারে অবহিত রয়েছেন ।
