that text merely reaffirms the applicability to the specific case of rtp of lei no 84/88 transformação das empresas públicas em sociedades anónimas of 20 july 1988 (portuguese law no 84/88 on the transformation of public undertakings into public limited companies) (diário da república i, series i, no 166, of 20 july 1988; ‘law no 84/88’), under which public undertakings can be transformed into public limited companies by a decree-law which is to constitute the act approving the statutes of the limited company and is to be treated as a sufficient document for all registration requirements (recital 127 of the contested decision).
