ငါဘဝမှာငါဟာဘုရင်ပဲ

for by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased.
အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ငါ့ကိုအမှီပြု၍၊ သင်၏ နေ့ရက်ကာလနှင့် အသတ်အပိုင်းအခြား နှစ်ပေါင်း ကာလ တိုးပွါးလိမ့်မည်။

it is in the center of my chest
အဲဒါက ကျွန်တော် ကျွန်မ ရင်ဘတ် အလယ်မှာ

it hurts in the middle of my chest
ကျွန်တော်/ကျွန်မ ရင်ဘတ် အလယ်တည့်တည့်မှာ အောင့်နေတယ်

my life has few, if any, would be happy
က်ေနာ့္ဘဝကေတာ့ ေပ်ာ္ရမယ့္ရက္ဆိုတာ မရွိသေလာက္ပါပဲ

hold not thy peace, o god of my praise;

ငါပြုသောကျေးဇူးအတွက် သူတို့သည် ငါ့ အသက်ကိုလူယူခြင်းတည်းဟူသော မကောင်းသောအရာ ကို ဆပ်ပေးကြ၏။

ထိုနောက်အာဗြဟံသည် အသက်ကြီးရင့်၍၊ အိုမင်းခြင်း၊ နေ့ရက် ကာလပြည့်စုံခြင်းနှင့်တကွ၊ အသက်ပေါင်း တရာခုနစ်ဆယ်ငါးနှစ်ရှိသော်၊

well i feel a pain in the front of my body here in my chest
ဟုတ်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်/ကျွန်မ ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာအရှေ့ပိုင်း ဟောဒီ ရင်ဘတ်နေရာမှာ အောင့်ပါတယ်

for at the window of my house i looked through my casement,
ငါ့အိမ်ပြတင်းရွက်ကြားမှ ငါကြည့်၍မြင်ရသော အမှုဟူမူကား၊

blessed be the lord, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications.
ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မင်္ဂလာရှိတော်မူစေသ တည်း။

but the lord is my defence; and my god is the rock of my refuge.
သို့သော်လည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ငါ၏ရဲတိုက် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ငါ၏ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါခိုလှုံရာ ကျောက်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

and whence is this to me, that the mother of my lord should come to me?
အကျွန်ုပ်သခင်၏ မယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ဆီသို့ ကြွလာသောကျေးဇူးကို အဘယ်အကြောင်းကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ခံရပါသနည်း။

and he said, behold now, i am old, i know not the day of my death:
အဘကလည်း၊ ယခုငါအိုလှပြီ။ အဘယ်သော အခါ သေရမည်ကို ငါမသိ။

for i say unto you, that none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper.
အထက်က ခေါ်ဘိတ်သောသူတယောက်မျှ ငါ့ပွဲသို့ မဝင်ရ၊ ငါအမိန့်ရှိပြီဟု အစေအပါးကို ဆိုသည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

for i was my father's son, tender and only beloved in the sight of my mother.
ငါမူကား၊ အဘ၏ရင်နှစ်၊ အမိရှေ့မှာနူးညံ့၍ အချစ်ဆုံးသော သားဖြစ်၏။

from beyond the rivers of ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering.
ကုရှပြည်၏မြစ်တို့တဘက်၊ အရပ်ရပ်၌ ကွဲပြား လျက်နေသော ငါ၏လူမျိုးသတို့သမီး၊ ငါ့ကို တောင်းပန် သော သူတို့သည် ငါ့အဘို့ ပူဇော်သက္ကာကို ဆောင်ခဲ့ကြ လိမ့်မည်။

accept, i beseech thee, the freewill offerings of my mouth, o lord, and teach me thy judgments.
အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စေတနာ စိတ်ရှိ၍၊ ကိုယ်နှုတ်နှင့်ဆက်သော ပူဇော်သက္ကာတို့ကို နှစ်သက်တော်မူပါ၏။ စီရင်တော်မူချက်တို့ကိုလည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၌ သွန်သင်တော်မူပါဟု တောင်းပန်ပါ၏။

and i give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
ထာဝရအသက်ကိုလည်း ငါပေး၏။ သိုးတို့သည် ပျက်စီးခြင်းနှင့် အစဉ်မပြတ်ကင်းလွတ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ အဘယ်သူမျှထိုသိုးတို့ကို ငါ့လက်မှမနှုတ်မယူရာ။
