ထာဝရဘုရားသည် စုံလင်သော စေတနာစိတ် ရှိသောသူတို့ဘက်၌၊ ခိုင်ခံ့စွာ နေခြင်းငှါ၊ မြေကြီးတပြင် လုံးကို အနှံ့အပြားကြည့်ရှုလျက် ရှိတော်မူ၏။ ဤအမှု၌ မင်းကြီးသည် မိုက်စွာပြုပြီ။ ယခုမှစ၍ စစ်မှုရှိလိမ့်မည်ဟု ဆို၏။

and he walked in all the ways of asa his father; he turned not aside from it, doing that which was right in the eyes of the lord: nevertheless the high places were not taken away; for the people offered and burnt incense yet in the high places.
ထိုမင်းသည်ခမည်းတော် အာသလိုက်သော လမ်းကိုမလွှဲ၊ အကုန်အစင်လိုက်၍ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့တော်၌ ဖြောင့်မတ်သော အကျင့်ကိုသာ ကျင့်၏။ သို့ရာတွင် မြင့်သောအရပ်တို့ကို မပယ်ရှားသောကြောင့်၊ လူတို့သည် ထိုအရပ်တို့၌ ယဇ်ပူဇော်၍ နံ့သာပေါင်းကို မီးရှို့ကြ၏။

and god said, let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
တဖန်ဘုရားသခင်က၊ နေ့နှင့်ညဉ့်ကို ပိုင်းခြားစေခြင်းငှါ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်မျက်နှာကြက်၌ အလင်းအိမ် တည်စေ၊ နိမိတ်လက္ခဏာ၊ ချိန်းချက်သောအချိန်၊ နေ့ရက် အပိုင်းအခြား၊ နှစ်အပိုင်းအခြားဘို့ဖြစ်စေ။
