a method of computer urino-diagnostics of kidney diseases comprises collection of a number of urina samples within fixed time intervals in quiet state, under physical and medicamental load, with determination, in each of them, of urina excretion of protein, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, phosphorus and potassium. according to the invention the protein content is determined by two different methods: by the sulphosalicyl acid probe and by the biuretic method. two sets of data are formed, including, respectively, the information on the protein content obtained by the said methods, and subjected to the analysis by means of a special program package for determining relationships typical for different kidney diseases. the final diagnosis is established by means of comparison of the results of both variants. the determination of the content of the above mentioned substances is effected on a biochemical automatic analyser, and the analysis of the data is effected on a personal computer of the type ibm pc at/xt with the use of the program complex 'functional load test-system ansh' registered at the russian agency for legal protection of computer programs, data bases and integrated circuits.
un procédé d'urino-diagnostic informatisé de maladies des reins consiste à collecter un certain nombre d'échantillons d'urine dans des intervalles de temps fixes au repos, sous une charge physique et médicamenteuse, avec détermination, dans chacun d'eux, de l'excrétion de protéines dans l'urine, de l'azote uréique du sang, de la créatinine, du phosphore et du potassium. selon l'invention la teneur en protéine est déterminée par deux procédés différents: au moyen d'une sonde d'acide sulphosalicilique et au moyen d'un procédé biurétique. deux ensembles de données sont formés, comprenant respectivement, les informations relatives à la teneur en protéines obtenues au moyen desdits procédés, puis ils sont soumis à une analyse au moyen d'un progiciel spécial de détermination de relations typiques des différentes maladies des reins. le diagnostic final est établi au moyen d'une comparaison des résultats des deux variantes. la détermination du contenu des susbstances précitées est effectuée dans un analyseur biochimique automatique, l'analyse des données étant exécutée par un ordinateur personnel du type ibm pc at/xt à l'aide du progiciel 'système ansh de test de charge fonctionnelle' enregistré auprès de l'agence russe de protection juridique des programmes informatiques, des bases de données et des circuits intégrés.
