and those who avoid major sins and indecencies; and if they become angry, they forgive.
kuma waɗanda ke nisantar manyan zunubbai da ayyukan alfãsha, kuma idan sun yi fushi, sũ, sunã gãfartawa.

indeed they have prepared evil for themselves. allah is angry with them, and they shall abide in chastisement.
haƙĩƙa tir da abin da rãyukansu suka gabãtar sabõda su, watau allah yã yi fushi da su, kuma a cikin azãba su mãsu dawwama ne

those who avoid the greater crimes and shameful deeds, and, when they are angry even then forgive;
kuma waɗanda ke nisantar manyan zunubbai da ayyukan alfãsha, kuma idan sun yi fushi, sũ, sunã gãfartawa.

how wretched is that which they have put forth for themselves in that allah has become angry with them, and in the punishment they will abide eternally.
haƙĩƙa tir da abin da rãyukansu suka gabãtar sabõda su, watau allah yã yi fushi da su, kuma a cikin azãba su mãsu dawwama ne

(this reward will be for) those who keep away from major sins and indecency, who forgive when they are made angry,
kuma waɗanda ke nisantar manyan zunubbai da ayyukan alfãsha, kuma idan sun yi fushi, sũ, sunã gãfartawa.

and (for) those who avoid cardinal sins and indecencies, and forgive (even) when they are angry.

and when moses returned to his nation, angry and sorrowful, he said: 'evil is what you have done in my absence!
