(कहाँ आग कहाँ मिट्टी) खुदा ने फरमाया कि तू यहाँ से निकल (दूर हो) तू यक़ीनी मरदूद है

gandhiji in reply said , then i should wish only that victory be with gujarat .
गांधी जी का उतर था , तब तो मुझे यही कामना करनी चाहिए कि विजयी गुजरात की जय हो ।

उनमें से तेरे ख़ालिस बन्दों के सिवा सब के सब को ज़रूर गुमराह करूँगा

said : " then why do you worship something apart from god that cannot profit you or do you harm ?
उसने कहा , " फिर क्या तुम अल्लाह से इतर उसे पूजते हो , जो न तुम्हें कुछ लाभ पहुँचा सके और न तुम्हें कोई हानि पहुँचा सके ?

he said , ‘then , do you worship besides allah that which cannot cause you any benefit or harm ?
इबराहीम ने कहा तो क्या तुम लोग खुदा को छोड़कर ऐसी चीज़ों की परसतिश करते हो जो न तुम्हें कुछ नफा ही पहुँचा सकती है और न तुम्हारा कुछ नुक़सान ही कर सकती है
