और उन लोगों ने उसके बन्दों में से उसके लिए औलाद क़रार दी है इसमें शक़ नहीं कि इन्सान खुल्लम खुल्ला बड़ा ही नाशक्रा है

surely allah defends those who believe . certainly allah has no love for the perfidious , the thankless .
और नेकी करने वालों को ख़ुशख़बरी दे दो इसमें शक नहीं कि खुदा ईमानवालों से कुफ्फ़ार को दूर दफा करता रहता है खुदा किसी बददयानत नाशुक्रे को हरगिज़ दोस्त नहीं रखता

if you count the blessings of allah , you will never number them . indeed , the human is wicked and thankless .
जो कुछ तुमने उससे माँगा उसमें से तुम्हे दिया और तुम ख़ुदा की नेमतो गिनती करना चाहते हो तो गिन नहीं सकते हो तू बड़ा बे इन्साफ नाशुक्रा है

and if we cause man to taste some mercy from us and afterward withdraw it from him , lo ! he is despairing , thankless .
और अगर हम इन्सान को अपनी रहमत का मज़ा चखाएं फिर उसको हम उससे छीन लें तो यक़ीनन बड़ा बेआस और नाशुक्रा हो जाता है

and when harm toucheth you upon the sea , all unto whom ye cry fail save him , but when he bringeth you safe to land , ye turn away , for man was ever thankless .
जब समुद्र में तुम पर कोई आपदा आती है तो उसके सिवा वे सब जिन्हें तुम पुकारते हो , गुम होकर रह जाते है , किन्तु फिर जब वह तुम्हें बचाकर थल पर पहुँचा देता है तो तुम उससे मुँह मोड़ जाते हो । मानव बड़ा ही अकृतज्ञ है

and moses said : though ye and all who are in the earth prove thankless , lo ! allah verily is absolute , owner of praise .
और मूसा ने भी कहा था , " यदि तुम और वे जो भी धरती में हैं सब के सब अकृतज्ञ हो जाओ तो अल्लाह तो बड़ा निरपेक्ष , प्रशंस्य है । "

when a calamity befalls you on the sea , all those whom you invoke forsake you except him . but when he delivers you safely to the shore you turn away from him , for man is indeed most thankless .
और जब समन्दर में कभी तुम को कोई तकलीफ पहुँचे तो जिनकी तुम इबादत किया करते थे ग़ायब हो गए मगर बस वही उस पर भी जब ख़ुदा ने तुम को छुटकारा देकर खुशकी तक पहुँचा दिया तो फिर तुम इससे मुँह मोड़ बैठें और इन्सान बड़ा ही नाशुक्रा है

as for those who disbelieved , the fire of hell awaits them . there they shall not be finished off and die ; nor will the torment be lightened for them . thus do we requite every thankless being .
रहे वे लोग जिन्होंने इनकार किया , उनके लिए जहन्नम की आग है , न उनका काम तमाम किया जाएगा कि मर जाएँ और न उनसे उसकी यातना ही कुछ हल्की की जाएगी । हम ऐसा ही बदला प्रत्येक अकृतज्ञ को देते है

and how many a community have we destroyed that was thankless for its means of livelihood ! and yonder are their dwellings , which have not been inhabited after them save a little . and we , even we , were the inheritors .
और हमने तो बहुतेरी बस्तियाँ बरबाद कर दी जो अपनी मइशत में बहुत इतराहट से बसर किया करती थीं - ये उन ही के घर हैं जो उनके बाद फिर आबाद नहीं हुए मगर बहुत कम और हम ही उनके वारिस हुए

allah strikes a parable of the village which was safe and peaceful . its provisions came in abundance from everywhere ; but it was thankless for the favors of allah . therefore , for what they were doing , allah let it taste the garment of hunger and fear .
अल्लाह ने एक मिसाल बयान की हैः एक बस्ती थी जो निश्चिन्त और सन्तुष्ट थी । हर जगह से उसकी रोज़ी प्रचुरता के साथ चली आ रही थी कि वह अल्लाह की नेमतों के प्रति अकृतज्ञता दिखाने लगी । तब अल्लाह ने उसके निवासियों को उनकी करतूतों के बदले में भूख का मज़ा चख़ाया और भय का वस्त्र पहनाया
