and the servants of the beneficent allah are they who walk on the earth in humbleness, and when the ignorant address them, they say: peace.
慈悲深き御方のしもべたちは，謙虚に地上を歩く宕，また無知の徒（多神教徒）が話しかけても，「平安あれ。」と（挨拶して）言う者である。

put on therefore, as the elect of god, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
だから、あなたがたは、神に選ばれた者、聖なる、愛されている者であるから、あわれみの心、慈愛、謙そん、柔和、寛容を身に着けなさい。

and lower to them the wing of humbleness out of mercy and say: 'my lord, be merciful to them, as they raised me since i was little'
そして敬愛の情を込め，両親に対し謙虚に翼を低く垂れ（優しくし）て，「主よ，幼少の頃，わたしを愛育してくれたように，2人の上に御慈悲を御授け下さい。」と（折りを）言うがいい。

and lower to them the wing of humbleness out of mercy and say; 'my lord, have mercy upon them, as they raised me up when i was little.'
そして敬愛の情を込め，両親に対し謙虚に翼を低く垂れ（優しくし）て，「主よ，幼少の頃，わたしを愛育してくれたように，2人の上に御慈悲を御授け下さい。」と（折りを）言うがいい。

and say: 'praise belongs to god, who has not taken to him a son, and who has not any associate in the kingdom, nor any protector out of humbleness.' and magnify him with repeated magnificats.
また言ってやるがいい。「アッラーに譲えあれ。かれは子を持たれない御方。また（かれの）大権には共有者もない御方。また（かれは）不面目な支援者（それは被創造物だから）を持たない御方であられる。（アッラーは完全自足者であられる）。」かれの偉大さ（栄光）を讃えなさい。
