ئه‌وانه‌ی که بوختان ده‌که‌ن بۆ ئافره‌تانی داوێن پاك و خاوه‌ن مێرد، پاشان ناتوانن چوار که‌سیش به شایه‌ت بهێنن، ئه‌وانه هه‌شتا قامچیان لێ بده‌ن و هه‌رگیز شایه‌تیان لێ وه‌رمه‌گرن، ئه‌وانه له ڕیزی تاوانبارو له سنوور ده‌رچوو و یاخیه‌کاندان.

and those of you who cannot afford to marry free, believing women (muhsanat), then marry such believing women whom your right hands possess. allah knows all about your faith. all of you belong to one another. marry them, then, with the leave of their guardians, and give them their bridal-due in a fair manner that they may live in the protection of wedlock rather than be either mere objects of unfettered lust or given to secret love affairs. then if they become guilty of immoral conduct after they have entered into wedlock, they shall be liable to half the penalty to which free women (muhsanat) are liable. this relaxation is for those of you who fear to fall into sin by remaining unmarried. but if you persevere, it is better for you. allah is all-forgiving, all-compassionate.
ئه‌وه‌ش که نه‌یتوانی له ئێوه له‌به‌ر ده‌ست کورتی، ئافره‌تانی سه‌ربه‌ستی باوه‌ڕدا ماره بکات، ئه‌وه با له کچه‌که‌نیزه‌که ئیمانداره‌کانتان بخوازێت، خوایش زانایه که ڕاده‌ی ئیمانتان چه‌نده و چۆنه‌، ئێوه هه‌ندێکتان له هه‌ندێکتانن (هه‌مووتان له ئاده‌م و حه‌وان و ئه‌م جیاوازیه چینایه‌تیه شتێکی کاتی یه‌)، له‌به‌رئه‌وه ئه‌و که‌نیزه‌کانه ماره بکه‌ن له‌سه‌ر ڕه‌زامه‌ندی که‌س و کارو خاوه‌نه‌کانیان و ماره‌ییان به‌چاکی پێ بده‌ن، له‌کاتێکدا ئه‌و که‌نیزه‌کانه‌ش پێویسته پاک داوێن بن و دووربن له داوێن پیسی و دۆست گرتنه‌وه‌، خۆ ئه‌گه‌ر شوویان کردو له‌وه‌ودوا داوێن پیسیه‌کانیان ئه‌نجامدا ئه‌وه نیوه‌ی سزای ئافره‌تانی سه‌ربه‌ست ده‌درێن (چونکه ئازادیی ته‌واویان نه‌بووه له‌و سه‌رده‌مه‌دا)، له‌به‌ر ئه‌وه ماره‌کردنیان بۆ ئه‌وانه‌تانه که ده‌ترسێت تووشی هه‌ڵه‌و گوناهـ ببێت، خۆڕاگریتان (تا خوا ده‌رووتان لێده‌کاته‌وه‌) چاکتره بۆتان، خوایش لێخۆشبوو و میهره‌بانه‌.
