and knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law;

this thou knowest, that all they which are in asia be turned away from me; of whom are phygellus and hermogenes.

then came his disciples, and said unto him, knowest thou that the pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?
ⲦⲞⲦⲈ ⲀⲨⲒ ϨⲀⲢⲞϤ ⲚϪⲈⲚⲈϤⲘⲀⲐⲎⲦⲎⲤ ⲠⲈϪⲰⲞⲨ ⲚⲀϤ ϪⲈ ⲔⲈⲘⲒ ϪⲈ ⲈⲦⲀ ⲚⲒⲪⲀⲢⲒⲤⲈⲞⲤ ⲤⲰⲦⲈⲘ ⲈⲠⲀⲒⲤⲀϪⲒ ⲀⲨⲈⲢⲤⲔⲀⲚⲆⲀⲖⲒⲌⲈⲤⲐⲈ.

and he said, i tell thee, peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.

and they prayed, and said, thou, lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen,

the lord grant unto him that he may find mercy of the lord in that day: and in how many things he ministered unto me at ephesus, thou knowest very well.

then saith pilate unto him, speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that i have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee?

for what knowest thou, o wife, whether thou shalt save thy husband? or how knowest thou, o man, whether thou shalt save thy wife?

nathanael saith unto him, whence knowest thou me? jesus answered and said unto him, before that philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, i saw thee.

then said paul, i stand at caesar's judgment seat, where i ought to be judged: to the jews have i done no wrong, as thou very well knowest.

and i said unto him, sir, thou knowest. and he said to me, these are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the lamb.

because thou sayest, i am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
