article 19h shall be replaced by the following:
regulas 19.h pantu aizstāj ar šādu:

articles 19e, 19f, 19g, 19h and 19i shall apply to community vessels authorized by the member states, in accordance with article 2 of council regulation (ec) no 779/97 of 24 april 1997 introducing arrangements for the management of fishing effort in the baltic sea (*), to carry out fishing activities in the fishing areas listed in the annex to that regulation.
"1.a 19.e, 19.f, 19.g, 19.h un 19.i pants attiecas uz kopienas kuģiem, ko dalībvalstis saskaņā ar padomes 1997. gada 24. aprīļa regulas (ek) nr. 779/97, kas ievieš pasākumus zvejas intensitātes vadībai baltijas jūrā5, 2. pantu ir pilnvarojušas zvejot šīs regulas pielikumā uzskaitītajos zvejas apgabalos.
