the simplified accompanying document given in the annex to regulation (eec) no 3649/92, or
regulas (eek) nr. 3649/92 pielikumā norādītajam vienkāršotajam pavaddokumentam, vai

whereas, when products subject to excise duty are released for consumption in a member state and are intended to be moved to that same member state via the territory of another member state, it is necessary to use the simplified accompanying document as provided for in commission regulation (eec) no 3649/92 (4);
tā kā, ja akcīzes preces ir nodotas patēriņam dalībvalstī un tās paredzēts pārvest uz šo dalībvalsti caur citas dalībvalsts teritoriju, ir jāizmanto vienkāršoti pavaddokumenti, kā paredzēts komisijas nolikumā (eek) nr. 3649/92 [4];
