and to allah prostrates whoever is within the heavens and the earth, willingly or by compulsion, and their shadows [as well] in the mornings and the afternoons.
އަދި އުޑުތަކާއި، ބިމުގައިވާހާ ބަޔަކާއި، އެއުރެންގެ ހިޔަނިތައްވެސް، ރުހުމުގައްޔާއި، ނުރުހުމުގައި، ހެނދުނާއި ހަވީރު، اللَّه އަށް (ކިޔަމަންވެ) سجدة ކުރެތެވެ.

there shall be no compulsion in religion; the right way has become distinct from the wrong way. whoever renounces evil and believes in god has grasped the most trustworthy handle; which does not break.
دين އަށް ވެއްދުމުގައި مجبور ކުރުމެއް ނެތެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ضلالة ގެ އަނދިރިކަމުގެ ތެރެއިން، هداية ގެ ސާފު އަލިމަގު އެނގި ފާޅުވެއްޖެއެވެ. ފަހެ، شيطان އާޔަށް كافر ވެ اللَّه އަށް إيمان ވާމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެމީހާ، އެންމެ ވަރުގަދަ عقيدة ގައި ހިފަހައްޓައިފިކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ. ނެތި ދިޔުމެއް އެޔަކަށް ނުވެއެވެ. اللَّه އީ، މޮޅަށް އައްސަވާވޮޑިގެންވާ، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

o you who have believed, it is not lawful for you to inherit women by compulsion. and do not make difficulties for them in order to take [back] part of what you gave them unless they commit a clear immorality.
އޭ إيمان ވެއްޖެ މީސްތަކުންނޭވެ! ނުރުހުމުގައި އަންހެނުން ވާރުތަކޮށް ގަތުމަކީ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް حلال ވެގެންވާ ކަމެއްނޫނެވެ. އަދި، ފާޅުވެގެންހުރި ހުތުރުކަން ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ ފާފައެއް އެކަނބަލުން ގެނެސްގަންނަ ކަމުގައިވަންޏާ މެނުވީ އެކަނބަލުންނަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދީފައިވާ ތަކެތީގެ ތެރެއިން ބަޔެއް އަތުލައިގަތުމަށްޓަކައި އެކަނބަލުންނަށް ދަތިނުކުރާށެވެ! އަދި، ހެޔޮގޮތުގައި އެކަނބަލުންނާއެކު އުޅޭށެވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެކަނބަލުންނާ ނުރުހުންތެރި ވެއްޖެނަމަ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ބައެއްފަހަރަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެއްޗަކަށް ނުރުހުން ވެދާނެއެވެ. އަދި، އެ އެއްޗެއްގައި اللَّه ގިނަވެގެންވާ ހެޔޮކަން ލައްވައިފާނެތެވެ.

and do not compel your slave girls to prostitution, if they desire chastity, to seek [thereby] the temporary interests of worldly life. and if someone should compel them, then indeed, allah is [to them], after their compulsion, forgiving and merciful.
އަދި ކާވެނިވުމުގެ މަގެއް ނުފެންނަ މީހުން عفة ތެރިވެ ތިބޭހުށިކަމެވެ! اللَّه، އެކަލާނގެ فضل ވަންތަކަމުގެ ތެރެއިން، އެއުރެން މުއްސަނދިކުރައްވައި، އެކަން ފުއްދަވައި ދެއްވައިފުމަށް ދާނދެނެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް މިލްކުވެގެންވާ އަޅުންގެ ތެރެއިން މިނިވަންވުމުގެ ލިޔުން އެދޭ މީހުންނާމެދު، (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެފަދަ ލިޔުން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެމީހުންނަށް ލިޔެދޭށެވެ! އެއުރެންގެކިބައިން ހެޔޮގޮތެއް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އެނގިއްޖެނަމައެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ދެއްވާފައިވާ اللَّه ގެ މުދަލުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެއުރެންނަށްދޭށެވެ! އަދި އެކަނބަލުން عفة ތެރިވެ ރައްކާތެރިވެ ތިބުމަށް قصد ކޮށްގެން ތިބޭނަމަ، ދުނިޔޭގެ ދިރިއުޅުމަށް ހޯދާ މުދަލެއް އެދިގަތުމުގެގޮތުން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ޒުވާން އަންހެން އަޅުން، ޒިނޭކުރުމުގެ މައްޗަށް مجبور ނުކުރާށެވެ! އެކަނބަލުންނަށް، އެކަމަށް مجبور ކުރާމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަނބަލުން مجبور ވެވުމަށްފަހު، اللَّه އީ، ގިނަގިނައިން ފާފަފުއްސަވާ، رحيم ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.
