އޭގެސަބަބުން އެއުރެންނަށް ބޮލުގެ ރިހުމެއް ނުލިބޭނެތެވެ. އަދި މަސްތުވުމެއްވެސް ނުމެލިބޭނޭމެއެވެ.

no bad effect is there in it, nor from it will they be intoxicated.
އެ ބުއިމުގައި ބޯއެނބުރުމެއްނެތެވެ. އަދި އޭގެސަބަބުން، މަސްތުވެގެންދާނޭ ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައި އެއުރެން ނުވެތެވެ.

they would surely say: intoxicated have been our sights; aye! we are a people enchanted.
އެއުރެންނަށް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އުޑުން ދޮރެއް ހުޅުއްވައިދެއްވައި، އެ ދޮރުން އެއުރެން (އުޑަށް) އަރައަރާތިބި ކަމުގައިވީނަމަވެސް ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންމެންގެ ލޯތައްވަނީ މަސްތުކުރައްވާފައޭ، އެއުރެން ބުނީސްކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ. އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! ތިމަންމެންނީ ޖާދޫގައި ޖެހިފައިވާ ބަޔެކެވެ.

they would only say: "our eyes have been intoxicated: nay, we have been bewitched by sorcery."
އެއުރެންނަށް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އުޑުން ދޮރެއް ހުޅުއްވައިދެއްވައި، އެ ދޮރުން އެއުރެން (އުޑަށް) އަރައަރާތިބި ކަމުގައިވީނަމަވެސް ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންމެންގެ ލޯތައްވަނީ މަސްތުކުރައްވާފައޭ، އެއުރެން ބުނީސްކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ. އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! ތިމަންމެންނީ ޖާދޫގައި ޖެހިފައިވާ ބަޔެކެވެ.

when that day comes, every suckling mother shall forsake her infant and every pregnant woman shall cast her burden and everyone will appear intoxicated, although they are not: the punishment of god will be severe indeed.
ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އެ زلزلة ފެންނަދުވަހު، ކިރުމައިން އެއުރެން ކިރުދޭ ދަރިންގެ މަތިން ހަނދާންނެތި، އަދި މާބަނޑުއަންހެނުން އެއުރެންގެ ބަނޑުގައިއޮތް ދަރި ވިހައި، އަދި މީސްތަކުން މަސްތުވެފައިވާފަދައިން ތިބާ ދެކޭނޫއެވެ. ނަމަވެސް އެއުރެންވަނީ، މަސްތުވެފައެއްނޫނެވެ. އެހެނެއްކަމަކު اللَّه ގެ عذاب ގަދަފަދައީއެވެ.

on the day when you shall see it, every woman giving suck shall quit in confusion what she suckled, and every pregnant woman shall lay down her burden, and you shall see men intoxicated, and they shall not be intoxicated but the chastisement of allah will be severe.
ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އެ زلزلة ފެންނަދުވަހު، ކިރުމައިން އެއުރެން ކިރުދޭ ދަރިންގެ މަތިން ހަނދާންނެތި، އަދި މާބަނޑުއަންހެނުން އެއުރެންގެ ބަނޑުގައިއޮތް ދަރި ވިހައި، އަދި މީސްތަކުން މަސްތުވެފައިވާފަދައިން ތިބާ ދެކޭނޫއެވެ. ނަމަވެސް އެއުރެންވަނީ، މަސްތުވެފައެއްނޫނެވެ. އެހެނެއްކަމަކު اللَّه ގެ عذاب ގަދަފަދައީއެވެ.

do not approach prayer when you are intoxicated, [not] until you know what you are saying, nor [enter mosques] in the state of ritual impurity until you have washed yourselves, except while passing through. but if you are sick or on a journey, or any of you has come from the toilet, or you have touched women, and you cannot find water, then make your ablution on clean ground and wipe a part of your faces and your hands.
އޭ إيمان ވެއްޖެ މީސްތަކުންނޭވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (ނަމާދުގައި) ކިޔާ އެއްޗެއް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އެނގިއްޖައުމަށް ދާނދެން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން މަސްތުވެގެން ތިބޭ حال ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނަމާދާ ގާތްނުވާށެވެ! އަދި، މަގު ހުރަސްކޮށް ދަތުރުކުރާ ދަތުރުވެރިން މެނުވީ، جنب ވެރިވެގެންވާ حال ވެސް، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ހިނައިގެންފުމަށް ދާނދެން، (ނަމާދާ ގާތްނުވާށެވެ!) އަދި، ބަލިމީހުން ކަމުގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ވާނަމަ، ނުވަތަ، ދަތުރެއްގެ މަތީގައިވާނަމަ، ނުވަތަ، ތިޔަބަައިމީހުންކުރެ މީހަކު ހަނޑަހުން އައިނަމަ، (އެބަހީ: ކުޑަކަމު ނުވަތަ ބޮޑުކަމު ހިނގައްޖެނަމަ) ނުވަތަ، އަންހެނުންގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ބީހިއްޖެނަމަ، ދެން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ފެން ނުލިބިއްޖިއްޔާ، طاهر ވެލިން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން تيمم ކުރާށެވެ! ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މޫނުތަކާއި، އަތްތަކުގައި، (އެ ވެލިން) ފުހޭށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، ގިނަގިނައިން عفو ކުރައްވާ، ގިނަގިނައިން ފާފަފުއްސަވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެ ކަމުގައިވެއެވެ.
