so, (o prophet), persevere with gracious perseverance.
ފަހެ، ކަލޭގެފާނު ރިވެތިވެގެންވާ ކެތްކުރެއްވުމަކުން ކެތްކުރައްވާށެވެ!

and to be of those who believe and exhort one another to perseverance and exhort one another to pity.
ދެން إيمان ވެ، އަދި ކެތްތެރިވުމަށް އެކަކު އަނެކަކަށް وصية ކޮށް، އަދި މީސްތަކުންނަށް رحم ބެހެއްޓުމަށް އެކަކު އަނެކަކަށް وصية ކޮށް އުޅުނުމީހުންގެ ތެރެއިން އޭނާ ވާނެތެވެ.

they will be rewarded for their perseverance with lofty mansions in empyrean where they will be received with greetings of peace and salutations,
އެއުރެން ކެތްތެރިވީކަމަށްޓަކައި، ސުވަރުގޭގެ މަތިވެރި ދަރަޖަ އެއުރެންނަށް ޖަޒާއެއްގެގޮތުން ދެއްވާހުށްޓެވެ. އަދި އެތާނގައި، އެއުރެންނާ ބައްދަލުވާނީ، تحيّة އާއި، سلام ންނެވެ.

o ye who believe! seek help with patient perseverance and prayer; for allah is with those who patiently persevere.
އޭ إيمان ވެއްޖެ މީސްތަކުންނޭވެ! ކެތްތެރިކަމާއި ނަމާދުން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ވާގި އެދޭށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން اللَّه ވޮޑިގެންވަނީ ކެތްތެރިންނާ އެކުގައެވެ.

o ye who believe! persevere, and excel in perseverance and be ever ready, and fear allah that haply ye may thrive.
އޭ إيمان ވެއްޖެ މީސްތަކުންނޭވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކެތްކުރާށެވެ! އަދި، (دشمن ންނާ ހަނގުރާމަ ކުރުމުގައި އެއުރެންނަށްވުރެ ބޮޑަށް) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކެތްތެރިވާށެވެ! އަދި، دشمن ން އަތުވެދާނޭ މަގުތަކަށް ބަލަބަލާ جهاد ކުރުމަށް ތައްޔާރީގައި ތިބޭށެވެ! އަދި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން اللَّه އަށް تقوى ވެރިވާށެވެ! (އެއީ) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދިންނަވައި نصيب ލިބުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

then he became one of those who believed, and recommended one another to perseverance and patience, and (also) recommended one another to pity and compassion.
ދެން إيمان ވެ، އަދި ކެތްތެރިވުމަށް އެކަކު އަނެކަކަށް وصية ކޮށް، އަދި މީސްތަކުންނަށް رحم ބެހެއްޓުމަށް އެކަކު އަނެކަކަށް وصية ކޮށް އުޅުނުމީހުންގެ ތެރެއިން އޭނާ ވާނެތެވެ.

and what is it for which thou takest vengeance on us save that we have believed in the signs of our lord when they came unto us? our lord! pour out upon us perseverance and cause us to die as muslims.
ތިމަންމެންގެ ކިބައިން ތިޔަބަދަލުހިފަނީ، ތިމަންމެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތައް ތިމަންމެންނަށް އައުމުން، އެއަށް ތިމަންމެން إيمان ވުން ފިޔަވައި އެހެން ކަމަކަށްޓަކައެއްނޫނެވެ. އަޅަމެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާކޮ! އަޅަމެންގެ މައްޗަށް ކެތްތެރިކަން އޮއްސަވާނދޭވެ! އަދި مسلم ން ކަމުގައި އަޅަމެން މަރުގަންނަވާނދޭވެ!

o ye who believe! persevere in patience and constancy; vie in such perseverance; strengthen each other; and fear allah; that ye may prosper.
އޭ إيمان ވެއްޖެ މީސްތަކުންނޭވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކެތްކުރާށެވެ! އަދި، (دشمن ންނާ ހަނގުރާމަ ކުރުމުގައި އެއުރެންނަށްވުރެ ބޮޑަށް) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކެތްތެރިވާށެވެ! އަދި، دشمن ން އަތުވެދާނޭ މަގުތަކަށް ބަލަބަލާ جهاد ކުރުމަށް ތައްޔާރީގައި ތިބޭށެވެ! އަދި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން اللَّه އަށް تقوى ވެރިވާށެވެ! (އެއީ) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދިންނަވައި نصيب ލިބުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

nay, seek (allah's) help with patient perseverance and prayer: it is indeed hard, except to those who bring a lowly spirit,-
އަދި ކެތްތެރިކަމާއި ނަމާދުން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ވާގިހޯދާށެވެ! ބިރުވެތިވެ މަޑުމައިތިރިވާ މީހުންނަށް މެނުވީ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެއީ ވަރަށް ބޮޑުކަމެކެވެ. (އެބަހީ: ދަތި އުނދަގޫ ކަމެކެވެ.)
