ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންކުރެ އެކަކަށްވެސް އެކަލޭގެފާނު ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ عذاب ން ދުރެއްނުކުރެވޭނެތެވެ.

houris (beautiful, fair females) restrained in pavilions;
(އެއީ) ފޭލިގެތަކުގައި ފަރުދާވެވިގެންވާ حور ންތަކެކެވެ.

and there will be with them maidens of restrained glances, of a like age.
އަދި އެއުރެންނަށް އެއްފުރާގެ އަނބިންތައްވެއެވެ. އެ އަނބިން، ފިރިން ނޫން އެހެންބަޔަކަށް ނުބަލާނެތެވެ.

and as for him who dreaded standing before his lord, and restrained his soul from lust,
އަދި އެމީހާގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ގައި ހުންނަންޖެހޭ ހުރުމަށް ބިރުވެތިވެ، އެމީހެއްގެ نفس އަމިއްލަ އެދުންތަކުން ދުރުކޮށްފިމީހާ ދަންނާށެވެ!

and with them will be maidens, of restrained glances with big [beautiful] eyes,
އަދި ކަޅިރަވަ ތޫނު، عفة ތެރި حورالعين ން އެއުރެންގެ ގާތުގައިވެއެވެ.

in them are maidens of restrained glances, whom no human has touched before, nor jinn.
ކަޅިތައް عفة ތެރި، حورالعين ން އެ ސުވަރުގެތަކުގައިވެއެވެ. އެއުރެންގެ ކުރިން އިންސިއަކުވެސް، އަދި ޖިންނިއަކުވެސް އެކަނބަލުންގައި ބީހިފައެއް ނުވެއެވެ.

companions restrained (as to their glances), in (goodly) pavilions;-
(އެއީ) ފޭލިގެތަކުގައި ފަރުދާވެވިގެންވާ حور ންތަކެކެވެ.

however, those who had feared their lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires.
އަދި އެމީހާގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ގައި ހުންނަންޖެހޭ ހުރުމަށް ބިރުވެތިވެ، އެމީހެއްގެ نفس އަމިއްލަ އެދުންތަކުން ދުރުކޮށްފިމީހާ ދަންނާށެވެ!

but as for him who feared standing before his lord, and restrained himself from impure evil desires, and lusts.
އަދި އެމީހާގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ގައި ހުންނަންޖެހޭ ހުރުމަށް ބިރުވެތިވެ، އެމީހެއްގެ نفس އަމިއްލަ އެދުންތަކުން ދުރުކޮށްފިމީހާ ދަންނާށެވެ!

and of the devils were some that dived for him, and performed other, lesser tasks. but we kept them restrained.
އަދި شيطان ންގެ ތެރެއިން، އެކަލޭގެފާނަށްޓަކައި، ފީނާބަޔަކު (خدمة ތެރި ކުރެއްވީމެވެ.) އަދި އެނޫން އެތައް މަސައްކަތެއް އެބަޔަކު ކުރެތެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެ ބަޔަކު ބަލަހައްޓަވައި، ރައްކާތެރިކުރެއްވީމެވެ.

and on the day when the enemies of allah are herded towards the fire, the earlier groups will be restrained till the latter join them.
އަދި اللَّه ގެ عدوّ ން އެންމެން އެކުގައި ނަރަކަޔަށް އެއްކުރައްވާދުވަސް ހަނދުމަކުރާށެވެ!

in the midst of these shall be maidens with modest, restrained glances; maidens whom no man or jinn has ever touched before.
ކަޅިތައް عفة ތެރި، حورالعين ން އެ ސުވަރުގެތަކުގައިވެއެވެ. އެއުރެންގެ ކުރިން އިންސިއަކުވެސް، އަދި ޖިންނިއަކުވެސް އެކަނބަލުންގައި ބީހިފައެއް ނުވެއެވެ.

remember allah's favour upon you. when a certain people decided to stretch their hands against you, he restrained their hands from you.
އޭ إيمان ވެއްޖެ މީސްތަކުންނޭވެ! ބަޔަކުމީހުން (عداوة ތެރިވުމުގެގޮތުން) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނެތިކޮށްލުމަށްރާވައި، އެއުރެންގެ އަތްތަކުން މަސައްކަތް ކުރިހިނދު، اللَّه ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ދެއްވި نعمة ހަނދުމަކުރާށެވެ! ފަހެ، އެކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކިބައިން އެއުރެންގެ އަތްތައް ދުރުކުރެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން اللَّه އަށް تقوى ވެރިވާށެވެ! (ހަމައެކަނި) اللَّه އަށް مؤمن ން وكيل ކުރާހުށިކަމެވެ!

allah has promised that you take many spoils. he has hastened this to you, and restrained the hands of people from you so that he makes it a sign to the believers and to guide you on a straight path.
ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ލިބޭނެ ގިނަ غنيمة މުދާތަކެއް، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް اللَّه وعد ކުރައްވާފައިވެެއެވެ. ފަހެ، މިކަންތައް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އެކަލާނގެ އަވަސްކޮށްދެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކިބައިން މީސްތަކުންގެ އަތްތައް (އެބަހީ: އުނދަގޫތައް) ދުރުކުރެއްވިއެވެ. އަދި (مؤمن ންނަށް نصر ލިބޭނެކަމުގެ) ހެތްކެއްކަމުގައި އެކަން ވުމަށްޓަކައެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ސީދާވެގެންވާ ތެދުމަގަކަށް މަގުދެއްކެވުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

and among the devils, were those who dived (in water) for him and did works other than this; and we had kept them restrained.
އަދި شيطان ންގެ ތެރެއިން، އެކަލޭގެފާނަށްޓަކައި، ފީނާބަޔަކު (خدمة ތެރި ކުރެއްވީމެވެ.) އަދި އެނޫން އެތައް މަސައްކަތެއް އެބަޔަކު ކުރެތެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެ ބަޔަކު ބަލަހައްޓަވައި، ރައްކާތެރިކުރެއްވީމެވެ.

and he it is who restrained their hands from you and your hands from them, in the vale of makka so, after he had made you superior to them; and allah is of that which ye work ever a beholder.
ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކިބައިން، އެއުރެންގެ އަތްތައް (އެބަހީ: އުނދަގޫތައް) ދުރުކުރެއްވީ އެކަލާނގެއެވެ. އަދި مكة ގެ ތެރޭގައި، އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ބާރުވެރިކުރެއްވުމަށްފަހުގައި، އެއުރެންގެ ކިބައިން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ އަތްތައް (އެބަހީ: ހަނގުރާމަކުރުން) ދުރުކުރެއްވީވެސް އެކަލާނގެއެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުންކުރާ ކަންތައް، މޮޅަށް ބައްލަވާވޮޑިގެންވާ ކަލަކު ކަމުގައި اللَّه ވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.

(charity is) for the poor who are restrained in the way of allah, and are unable to journey in the land. the ignorant take them to be rich because of their abstinence.
اللَّه ގެ މަގުގައި (جهاد ކުރުމުގައި) ބަންދުވެފައި ތިބި فقير ންނަށް (صدقات ދިނުން) ހުށްޓެވެ. އެއުރެންނަކަށް (ދިރިއުޅުމުގެ މަސައްކަތް ކުރުމަށް) ބިމުގައި ދަތުރުފަތުރުކޮށެއް ނޫޅެވެއެވެ. އެއުރެންގެ خبر ނުދަންނަ މީހާ ހީކުރަނީ، އެއްޗިއްސަށް ނޭދުމުގެ ސަބަބުން، އެއީ، މުއްސަނދިން ކަމަށެވެ. އެއުރެންގެ علامة ތަކުން، ތިބާޔަށް އެއުރެން އެނގޭނެތެވެ. އެއުރެން އެއްޗިއްސަށްއެދި، މީހުންނަށް އާދޭސްކޮށެއް ނޫޅޭނެތެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުން މުދަލުން ހޭދަކުރާ ކޮންމެ އެއްޗަކާމެދު (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه، އެކަންތައް މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވެއެވެ.

and for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires,
އަދި އެމީހާގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ގައި ހުންނަންޖެހޭ ހުރުމަށް ބިރުވެތިވެ، އެމީހެއްގެ نفس އަމިއްލަ އެދުންތަކުން ދުރުކޮށްފިމީހާ ދަންނާށެވެ!

"o 'iesa (jesus), son of maryam (mary)! remember my favour to you and to your mother when i supported you with ruh-ul-qudus [jibrael (gabriel)] so that you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity; and when i taught you writing, al-hikmah (the power of understanding), the taurat (torah) and the injeel (gospel); and when you made out of the clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, by my permission, and you breathed into it, and it became a bird by my permission, and you healed those born blind, and the lepers by my permission, and when you brought forth the dead by my permission; and when i restrained the children of israel from you (when they resolved to kill you) since you came unto them with clear proofs, and the disbelievers among them said: 'this is nothing but evident magic.' "
اللَّه، وحى ކުރެއްވިހިނދު، ހަނދުމަކުރާށެވެ! އޭ مريم ގެފާނުގެ ދަރިކަލުން عيسى ގެފާނޭވެ! ކަލޭގެފާނަށާއި، ކަލޭގެފާނުންގެ މައިކަނބަލުންނަށް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ދެއްވި نعمة ހަނދުމަކުރައްވާށެވެ! (އެއީ) جبريل ގެފާނު ފޮނުއްވައި ކަލޭގެފާނަށް، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ބާރުދެއްވިހިނދެވެ. ޅަފަތުގެ ދާނުގައްޔާއި، ދެވަންފުރާގައި، ކަލޭގެފާނު މީސްތަކުންނާ ވާހަކަ ދައްކަވަމުއެވެ. އަދި ފޮތާއި، حكمة އާއި، توراة އާއި، إنجيل، ކަލޭގެފާނަށް އުނގަންނައިދެއްވި ހިނދެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ إذن ފުޅާއެކު، ކަލޭގެފާނު މަށީން ދޫންޏެއްގެ ސިފަހައްދަވައި، އެއަށް ފުމެލެއްވުމުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ إذن ފުޅާއެކު، ދޫންޏަކަށްވެގެން ދިޔަހިނދެވެ. ލޯފަންވެފައިވާ މީހުންނާއި، برص ބަލިޖެހިފައިވާ މީހުންނަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ إذن ފުޅާއެކު ފަސޭހަކޮށްދެއްވި ހިނދެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ إذن ފުޅާއެކު، ކަލޭގެފާނު، މަރުވެފައިތިބި މީހުން ދިރުއްވައި، ނެރުއްވިހިނދެވެ. ކަނޑައެޅި بيان ވެގެންހުރި ހެކިތަކާއިގެން، ކަލޭގެފާނު إسـرآءيـل ގެދަރިންގެ ގާތަށް ވަޑައިގަތްހިނދު، އެއުރެންގެ އުނދަގޫތައް، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ކިބައިން ދުރުކުރެއްވިހިނދެވެ. ފަހެ، އެއުރެންގެ ތެރެއިން كافر ވި މީހުން ބުނޫއެވެ. މިކަންތައްތަކަކީ، ފާޅުވެ بيان ވެގެން ހުރި ޖާދޫކަމުގައި ނޫނީ ނުވެއެވެ.
